Movement and fitness has been central to my way of being all my life. I've been fortunate enough to be able to share what I've learned - as a dancer, tennis coach and yoga teacher - with others along my journey.
I trained as a dancer at the Ballet Rambert, and danced professionally in a contemporary dance company in Germany. Personal circumstances forced a change, and I found myself translating what I learned regarding movement in dance over to the world of sports.
