You will learn a true classic way to cook fish with vegetables with lemon, herb butter sauce recipe.
You will learn a very easy and basic way to butcher whole chicken and to gain the most out of each part.
Students will learn classic masrhroom filling for various dishes such: chicken, fish,vegeterian pastries or use it as a spread.
You will learn how to get the sweet taste of the garlic which is mild for delicate usage like: mashed potatoes, various sauces, soups, vinaigrette or add it to for dips or spreads.
