1. Add your mantra or key focus area
2. Add tasks that you are waiting on - tasks that has no action from you yet until they are delivered by others.
3. Add 2 minute jobs - quick tasks that can be grouped and delivered as a group. This also may include when you need to chase someone.
4. Tasks - these are your core tasks that need to be delivered
5. Projects - broad projects, programs or dreams
6. 121 catch ups - track all your 121 catch ups by indicating a) who you are having the catch up with and b) agenda items. Actions that come from the catch ups will then move into either waiting, 2 mins jobs, tasks or projects.

7. Reading list - add links to articles or books that you want and need to read
8. Links - add key links to documents to help you keep on top of important files.
9. Ideas - include all your brainwaves here as they emerge.
