The Oxford Seminars took place in September 2025. This course includes the material from the seminars, the exercises from the seminars and the Case Studies we discussed.  Of course it is not exactly the same as studying in Oxford BUT you are encouraged to use the Q/A and discuss the lectures, exercises and Case Studies. By enrolling here you have lifetime access (and therefore receive Educational Announcements, additions and updates) plus Instructor interaction is not just limited to a few hours, once, on a sunny week-end in September!

(It's also only 10% of the Oxford seminar fees!)

So, Remember: It is entirely up to you how much time you spend on this course - maybe a few hours - or a lot more. You are - always - the person in charge!

Who this course is for:

  • Counsellors
  • Those studying Psychology, Psychotherapy or Counselling
  • Anyone wishing to learn CBT techniques to help themselves
  • All who have an interest in Counselling esp. in the Voluntary Sector
