Explore the five rites of Tibetan reinterpreted as a morning biohacking ritual that boosts mood, focus, sleep, and potential health benefits like eczema relief and fibroid management.
Eric shares his personal journey with the five rites of Tibetan, blending yoga, breathwork, and practice to boost energy, focus, and calm.
Stretch your arm horizontally, parallel to the floor, then turn clockwise with your foot. Begin slowly and gradually reach 21 reps, taking a deep breath on each rotation.
Perform rite two by lying flat, lift head and leg with breathing, then lower to rest; this restores thyroid, adrenals, kidneys, digestive and sexual organs, and improves circulation.
Practice rite number three from rites: kneel, split legs, arch spine and head back, then return with breath to relieve back and neck tension, ease sinus congestion, and boost vitality.
Perform rite four by sitting straight, extend legs, and hold an inverted table pose with navel to sky; breathe, tense, release, and repeat to improve circulation and immune system vitality.
Master rite five in a pyramid stance with shoulder-width feet, solid support, arched spine, and chest raised. Breathe through the sequence, hold the pyramid, and transition like a modified pushup.
Gradually practice the five tibetan rites, starting with three reps daily and building toward 21 reps per rise, while listening to your body and never exceeding 21 reps.
The five rites offer major benefits, including weight stabilization, healthier appetite, improved emotional health, anti-ageing, and enhanced focus, memory, and physical strength.
Practice the five Tibetan rites to stimulate the nervous system and endocrine balance, boosting circulation, digestion, and respiration, while supporting immune function and the body's natural healing and rejuvenation.
Explore the three locks—the root lock, stomach lock, and great lock—and how internal and external breath holds enhance energy flow in the five rites practice.

People stand on the shoulder of the gain called science and despite the so-called “traditional” method that would bring people happiness and well beings. Ironically, these so-called “traditional” methods like yoga, tai chi and meditation are becoming more and more popular and solving so many problems that science is not able to solve and for me, it is a journey of rediscovery of the buried forgotten gem from thousands of years ago.
