The Origin Story

In September 2025, I was tasked with getting our volunteer fire wardens trained. I searched everywhere for a program that met OSHA's requirements under 29 CFR 1910.38, was professionally delivered, and could be completed without bringing an outside company in at $2,000 or more per visit.

It did not exist.

Not in the format organizations actually need. Not at a price that makes compliance accessible. Not built by someone who had stood on the floor and been the person responsible.

So I built it.

The Fire Warden Program is what I was willing to pay $2,000 for and could not find. It is now available for a fraction of that - because every organization with a physical operation deserves trained fire wardens, documented compliance, and the confidence that comes from knowing your people are prepared.

That is what this program delivers.
