Welcome, I am Adita, mom of 2 and SuperCharged to share with you my top secrets for living a healthy life. Health and wellbeing should not be as complicated as society is making you believe.
I bring you over 40 years as a multi-national health and wellness professional. Certified through NASM, ACE, ISCA, and the Chek Institute. I worked one-on-one with thousands of individuals and families, all on the quest of weight loss, wellbeing, energy, and overall great health.
My goal is to offer you content to make healthy living a seamless part of your day, but also to offer you content for those with kids and families. (All my courses are different, so check them out)
No matter if you are a single adult or primary caregiver, implementing healthy habits, working out the right way, and making the kitchen a peaceful haven, is key.
I have heard every excuse in the book and that inspired me to learn and share as much as I can. I have a BS in Holistic Nutrition and I am the author of SuperPowers, A Busy Woman's Guide to Health and Happiness and SuperPowers of the Family Kitchen, and a lifestyle coach, who specializing in fitness program development, restorative and corrective fitness, adult and child nutrition, and mind body disciplines.
I am the Director of Education for The International Sports Conditioning Association and the Wellness Director for Fierce4 Fitness. Not to mention my LOVE of kids and food, so with that I developed Nutritional Brilliance; a program dedicated to promoting a healthy family kitchen through online education, which is also used as a PTA/PTO fundraiser.
