Leadership and How to Lead Your Students Online

This course will help you with understanding leadership in online educational context. The course will bring some theoretical but also practical models of leadership. During the course, I will explain the concept of leadership, how to lead students, as well as give more directions to educators in the practice. You will learn where to start, how to find your leadership style. The course will train you how to develop leadership styles as a skill, since online education has on the stage different cultures and individuals with different preference that are requested from an educator’s a certain way of leading students in many different dispositions.

In the course, I will give you tips how to define a leader, and how to lead students and teams. Also, in the lessons you will have a chance to shape your vision, navigate your lessons and what to do in order to attract potential students and where to delegate your students and run successful teaching project. The course helps you to define and develop leadership styles and lead students, teams and make learning environment, and in the end to develop successful independent student.
