What is Qi Gong Skills?
Qi Gong is a Mindfulness exercise, use your mind and body.
To do a Qi Gong exercise you need to use your mind without using a force to use your body.
You will learn three Qi Gong skills :
1. Breathing : open up body, breath in and breath out.
2. Movements : move your arms and body
3. Mind : Use mind to move your body, not to use force.
These three skills are integrated to one – that is Qi Gong Skills.
Practice standing preparation to cultivate core energy and balance, align the body upright, relax the knees and hips, and bring attention to the dan tian.
Explore four tai chi movements focusing on waist movement, opening and closing motions, relaxing the waist, and guiding hands into a circular flow for mental wellbeing.
Move your arms with an extension from the waist, visualize the arms originating from the Dan Tian, and keep the body upright with relaxed elbows.
Master rotation and revolution together to move six channels in the arms, enhancing energy flow through spirals and circular motions while gradually deepening practice and keeping the mind relaxed.
Explore tai chi qi gong for mental wellbeing by balancing yin and yang in body and mind, promoting peace of mind, health, and flexibility through slow practice.
Relax the body and lift the spine toward the sky, moving from earth to open energy through form 1 to 3, with breath, stretch, and opening.
