I am a management consultant with over 15 years of experience in forming & executing Business & HR Strategies. I have done work for organisations in Australia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore Thailand, Vietnam and the UAE.
Some of my work highlights:
1. I played a key role in developing & implementing Asia Pacific HR strategy for Mercedes-Benz. Some of the results of this strategy was creation of a strong talent pool of candidates in the region, reduction in hiring costs, etc.
2. I have also done strategic assignments for Husqvarna in Germany, Shell in Delhi, among others.
3. When I was 23 years old, I led formation & execution of remittance business strategy for Nepal Investment Bank (NIB) - one of the largest banks in Nepal. Within 5 years, the Bank had one of the largest share of inward worker's remittances.
I have an MBA from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), one of the top academic institutions in South East Asia, where I scored the first position in the graduating class. I am also a Certified Practitioner HR from Australian HR Institute. I also have completed a year programme on business research with high distinction from the University of Western Australia (UWA). I was awarded the Australian Postgraduate Award to pursue Strategic Management at UWA.
