About the Instructor
Dr. Natasha Manning-Gibbs is a licensed psychologist with over two decades of clinical experience helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
For 14 years, she served as a Clinical Supervisor of a mental health unit within a juvenile correctional facility — a demanding, high-pressure environment where stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience were essential not only for the individuals receiving treatment, but also for the professionals providing care. Through this work, she witnessed firsthand how chronic stress impacts performance, decision-making, emotional well-being, and overall health, as well as how effective coping strategies can help people function more effectively under pressure.
In addition to her supervisory and clinical work, Dr. Manning-Gibbs has spent years helping professionals in private practice better manage stress, burnout, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm using practical, evidence-based approaches rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy and emotional wellness strategies.
Her teaching style is warm, practical, relatable, and focused on giving learners realistic tools they can begin applying immediately in their everyday lives.
By the End of This Course:
You’ll walk away with a stronger understanding of how stress affects your mind and body — and more importantly, a realistic toolkit of strategies you can continue using long after the course is complete to feel calmer, more focused, and more emotionally balanced in your everyday life.
