The primary objective of this course is to provide a concise, straightforward, and hands-on learning experience that equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills to understand complex stock market concepts. They will be able to analyze investment opportunities and execute stock market transactions for this we have used real-world examples and trading screens so you can put the concepts to work.
Throughout the course, students will delve into four modules that cover a wide range of topics. Firstly, we will explore financial systems and markets, emphasizing their economic significance and providing a practical understanding of their inner workings. Secondly, we will conduct a detailed examination of the capital market, focusing on the role of intermediaries and the process of securities issuance.
The third module centers around the trading process, where students will gain a comprehensive understanding of transactions, operators, and the execution of orders within the stock market. Lastly, we will discuss about technical analysis, honing in on statistical trends derived from trading activity to predict future price movements.

As an educator, Omika stands out by going above and beyond for her students. She imparts her knowledge to more than 250 students annually, delivering disciplined, encouraging, and engaging lectures. Her exceptional content quality and innovative teaching methods, such as inquiry-based learning, game-based learning, discussions, case studies, and role plays, make her an exceptional educator. She believes in active participation and puts her students at the forefront of their own learning journey.
Omika works as an Associate Professor at Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology in India, where she is contributing to the Department of Business Administration. She has also served as a Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at the University of Rajasthan, India.
Her academic achievements include a WES-certified Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rajasthan and being an esteemed alumna of Hansraj College at Delhi University.
