I'm a passionate Sports, Exercise, and Performance Psychology professional who loves sharing some of the knowledge I've learned over the years with you. You will get an overview of some tools and techniques used in this industry and be able to take away and apply some of these. I've worked with athletes and coaches in a range of sports such as GAA, Rugby, Boccia, Swimming, Lacrosse, Tennis, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, and many more. As well as this I've supported professionals in Education such as Teachers and students in workshops and in one-on-one sessions dealing with performance issues.
Many of those who I talk to are also involved in the performance arena such as musicians, artists, and actors so these skills are transferrable across a range of industries.
