In my lifetime, working various jobs in the media, I had many years as a reporter and documentary producer that took me literally around the world, and in this period, I discovered how “badly” I slept, especially as virtually every night was in a different place or different time zone.

I was really messed up, so I started to research the real reasons behind good sleep and how to achieve it without drugs. I read countless books, attended lectures and read many scientific papers.
