  • How to use The PRT Method On line course1:47

A brief description of the best way to use the course material.

Its best to go through all lectures and worksheets up to step six in a continuous way to keep up the momentum as you move into the Daily rituals stage.

  • Introduction10:03

Here we introduce the course founder to help you to understand where the PRT Method came from and what Our Mission is going forward. We also introduce the 6 Step Process that you will be taken through to enable you to take back control of your emotions, in the shortest time possible.

  • Step One3:18

Taking back control of your emotions is a surprisingly short journey. This video gives you the starting point. The only real starting point for any journey in order for it to be successful, is exactly where you are at right now.

Using the workbook, complete 49 questions as quickly as you can. The reason we answer quickly is because we want your most intuitive answer, don't dwell or over-think. Just go with your gut.

The questions are answered by giving a mark from 1 to 10. This will be the number that you feel best describes where you are at in relation to that specific question.

To the right of each question there are 6 columns marked Now, WK2, WK4, WK6, WK8, WK10.

By returning to this step every 2 weeks and filling it out again in the relevant week, it becomes very easy to see where you have grown or where a little more work may be needed.

Once completed you will have established where you are at across the spectrum of your thoughts and behaviors.

Remember, do not dwell, answer and move on to the next.

    Good Luck

  • Step Two, Part 16:01

Here it is explained that every journey has a starting point and a destination. Step 2 is about establishing who, what and where you want to be when this course is complete, and going forward in your life.

This is done by using the workbook to establish how you rate yourself right now within the Roles you play in life.

Using the same scoring system as step 1, you complete the short questionnaire.

Then you write a short paragraph designing your best self.

Referencing the information you have gathered so far will be a great way to see where you want to change the most, and where you are perfectly happy right now.

When complete you will have carried out an honest appraisal of exactly how you see yourself now and what your ideal self looks like.

This gives us the blue prints to work with.

The great news is that most of us did not know how little change is required to become our best self until we had the clarity  that this exercise gives us..

  • Step Two, Part 23:56

The follow on from lecture 3. This will enable you to complete the picture of who, what and where you want to be in your life. Sometimes not knowing this is what has been blocking us from being free from that sense of dissatisfaction that can sit behind everything we do. the idea that "I don't know what I want, I just know I don't want this" is so confusing, that escaping it can seem impossible. This will change that feeling, as clarity comes in, the road ahead will be revealed.

  • Step Three9:43

This step is the turning point in the process. Up until now, we have been gathering information which can feel cumbersome and sometimes pointless in our quest for emotional mastery.

well done on staying with it because here is where the truth behind the lie is revealed.

By completing the workbook you will clearly see the characteristics of your highest and lowest self. You will become aware of all the good that is in you and most importantly you will see the cause behind so many of the limiting beliefs that drive you and keep you returning to that dissatisfied condition.

The truth that you uncover here, is the doorway to freedom and emotional mastery.

    Be thorough.

  • Do you fully understand Who Hank Is?
  • A moving Testimonial from a Client4:16
  • Step Four7:37

At this stage you know who "Hank" is. Everyone has an internal saboteur who has been there for a very long time, whispering negativity, hidden from view by the simple fact that we did not know they were there.

We've spotted Hank, he has been named and identified as our lower self.

In this step we look at everywhere Hank shows up day after day. Hank is mechanical, a construct of habitual thinking.

This makes hank very easy to spot. So now you are becoming the general in your own army. Buy not doing battle within yourself anymore, and breaking all of the habitual patterns with simple interruption techniques, you will very quickly move towards living life from the perspective of your highest and best self. This is the self who knows who you are, who you want to be and find a new determination to get there!

The daily rituals are introduced here. This is a simple daily work sheet that will take minutes in the morning and the evening to complete, but minutes is all it takes to change habits.

The single most important part of this whole course is consistency. I cannot over-emphasize this point!

Grand gestures and massive efforts rarely work long term because they are too difficult to sustain and the benefits are quickly lost.

P.R.T is about replacing old programs (habits) with new and simple ones that can be sustained for the rest of our lives, and quickly become who we are not what we do.

  • Step Five10:09

Step 5 talks about finding the Stillness. You may have touched upon this throughout your life. tried meditation or have a rebellious or spiritual belief system. If you have, then it's time to put that experience to practical use. If not, it's time to begin.

The opposite of busy-ness is stillness. the busy mind is not always the most productive, in fact it was Albert Einstein who said that a problem cannot be solved from the mindset wherein it arose.

Finding a place inside of you, even for only a few minutes, once or twice a day is a truly powerful way to break the momentum of the swinging pendulum of mental chatter.

this can be something as simple as closing your eyes, counting your inward and outward breaths, and listening to the sound of the world around you. This can be listening to the bird song in the morning or the sounds on the street around you. There is a busy-ness to the world, outside of you, let your mind find that and the internal dialog will subside. In this state we can often find that problems which have eluded us present themselves. Thinking can block us from the answers we seek.

Are you a business person, or a busy-ness person?

Finding a connection to the beautiful power that sits silently at the back of everything that exists was how I found my connection to what I call my God. Again, this is a journey personal to each person, there is no judgement here (judgement is a faculty of Hank)

The important thing is that you actively seek a connection to something far greater than you. When that connection is found, you will understand your own divine purpose, and life will flow in ways that you never dreamed possible.

  • Bonus Video (2) Just for Today5:14

An inspirational take on the beauty of living Just for Today

  • Step Six3:08

    We practice, measure, adjust, practice.

Step 6 is the introduction of simple daily rituals, this will only take a few minutes in the morning and evening for 14 days to have an immediate and powerful effect on your life, your mental strength, you attitude and outlook.

Consistency is the deciding factor here.

leave the workbook in the same place where you can fill it out without having to think too much about it. eliminate all stumbling blocks to becoming consistent by developing the habit of completing your daily ritual sheets.

Description

Are you controlling your mind? Let's see. Don't think of an elephant. Okay, maybe that caught you unaware so I'll give you another go. Now you are prepared, ready, you are the master of you're thoughts. Don't think of an orange. We could play this all day. Our minds race ahead to find solutions, we crave questions to answer. What color is the elephant. You answered that too didn't you?

Understanding and using, these simple mechanical principals opens doors to personal mastery, that you may previously have believed was available only to Monks and Yogi's.

95% of our reactions to life happen in this way, that is a way that is triggered by a stimulus. Like the question, your mechanical mind is set in motion and your conscious mind has very little or no control over the process.

You see we are habits, a big fleshy bag of programs, these habits are virtually impossible to remove, but surprisingly easy to replace.

That is what The P.R.T Method does.

We have developed system that is so beautifully simple and effective that is works for everyone who uses it, regardless of education or social background.

It is never what a person says that offends us, it is our interpretation of what they say. How our mind processes it, so while we cannot change the information that we are receiving, we can change how it is processed instantly, and live free of excessive emotional responses to people to ourselves and to the world around us

Try it out. Find a person who speaks a language that you do not, ask them to hurl insults at you, guess what, you wont feel a thing.

The words have no power over us until we assign our own understanding and importance to them.

Join the growing Tribe who have earned the key-ring, and now live with a clearer understanding of emotions and have a powerful and simple system that allows them to be in control of mood swings, negative thinking, fear, anger, stress, anxiety and know how to build deeper and stronger relationships.
