Before you begin the physical part of this programme, you will be guided through your personal nutrition plan and emotional regulation. Feel free to take your time with these as health success is holistic and for best results, we must aim to strive for improvement in three key areas:
Movement, Nutrition, Mindset.
With so many conflicting headlines dominating the health and fitness world, I understand that deciding what is best for you and your body can seem daunting.
Truth is, it doesn't have to be!
In fact, the majority of 'popular diets' have been created as any other typical business idea - to sell!
So the simple basics of nutrition are transformed into sexy, appealing, cool fads that are not sustainable.
And this is key!
SUSTAINABLE.
I am sure you have already tried to 'diet' a few times and while it may have provided some results initially, you may have found yourself back to square one looking for the next weight loss trick.
By learning the basics of nutrition, you will better understand the science behind fat loss/muscle gain, how to provide yourself with the right nutrients for optimal health and functioning AND most importantly, how to take it into your own hands so that you can continue to live healthier long-term!

You may or may not be aware of emotional eating and how it can affect your health both mentally and physically.
Whether you identify with emotional eating or not, most cases of unwanted weight gain are the result of emotional eating.

This really is the foundation to success. You may have the perfect fitness plan and the perfect nutrition plan, however if you are living a highly stressful life, then adhering to these plans will become very challenging.

What to expect?
The course is broken down into 4 week segments, with each week aiming to gradually build on your physical fitness using progressive exercise programming.
In week one you will learn the foundations to safely perform a range of simple yet effective bodyweight exercises.
By week four you will learn the intermediate versions of the exercises learned during the initial phase.
