Description

This course gives you a ready-to-use Excel framework that applies AI governance, AI risk, AI security and responsible AI best practices to help you securely train and deploy AI tools in your work teams.

We’ve built this framework using tried-and-tested security resources like NIST (AI RMF & CSF 2.0), OWASP (LLM & ASVS), ISO-27005, and the EU AI Act. And designed it to plug directly into your current risk register and control framework, extending what you already use with AI-specific risks and controls.

The framework's intentional compatibility with existing risk management processes is aimed at making AI risk management a part of your day-to-day, lining your organisation up to safely maximise the benefit of AI.

Alongside the AI Security Risk & Control Framework, we've set up a few short, to-the-point lectures that walk you through how the framework works and why we built it the way we did. No long-winded theory, just enough guidance to adapt the framework to your AI onboarding.

At the heart of this course is a simple idea: treat AI like a virtual employee. That mindset makes the risks more relatable, the controls more actionable, and the governance more real. If your AI isn’t something you’d trust to sit next to your team, it’s not ready for production.

Who this course is for:

  • Security risk practitioners.
  • InfoSec and cyber security practitioners.
  • First line of defence wanting to safely and responsibly enhance their teams with AI.
