Resilience, mental toughness, is the foundation of high performance. Life is full of challenges, upsets, obstacles, pressures, difficulties and so much more, big and small… relentlessly, every day. And most people simply endure them. Some even break under the pressure.

But there are other people – Self-Actualising people – who thrive on challenges, who embrace obstacles and forge paths of greatness in sports, business, and lead adventurous lives. Similarly, there are also those who see the greatness in the life they already have – family, friendships, community, etc., – who are role models and natural leaders, always positive, never troubled, who see every aspect of life as a wonderful gift.

So, what’s the difference between these two vastly different kinds of people? The answer is simple; Mindset.
