In this course you will learn the difference between stretching and mobility and also a 5 day, easy to follow exercise routine to increase your mobility, flexibility, and strength all in the comfort of your living room using simply your body weight. No equipment needed! There are also progressions in the exercises so you can choose which progression is best suited to you depending on your fitness level.
