In this lecture we will dive into irrational vs rational beliefs. The differentiation may seem like common sense from the outside until we deep dive and realize that many of the beliefs that we may hold may actually be irrational thoughts that we have come to assume that they are factual.

Many people try to avoid or suppress any negative emotions without realizing that negative emotions are there for a reason and they can help us in our life. This demands can be very self limiting and unless we can re-frame them and change them it will be difficult to create change in our life.
