Slow down to hear your Higher Self through quiet moments, meditation, detached observation, journaling, and time in nature, and learn practical activities to tune in daily.
Why this course matters
Many young adults feel pressure to know who they are, what they want, and where their life is going — while inside they feel unsure, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may be doing “all the right things” on the outside yet still feel restless or confused inside.
This course is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, feel more grounded, and live with greater clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
You don’t need to become someone else.
You need to reconnect with who you already are.
What this course is about
This course introduces you to the difference between the Ego and the Higher Self in a clear, practical way.
The Ego is the part of us that reacts from fear, comparison, habits, and the need for approval.
The Higher Self is the part of us that is calm, wise, authentic, and deeply grounded.
In this course, you will learn to:
• recognise when your Ego is in control
• understand how it affects your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour
• reconnect with your Higher Self when making decisions and facing challenges
Although this is a spiritual course, it is also very practical. It focuses on self-awareness, emotional growth, and everyday life situations. Throughout the course, you will often be invited to reflect:
“Is this really who I am?”
“Is this who I want to be?”
What you will gain
The deeper aim of this course is self-realisation, which includes:
• growing in self-acceptance and self-respect
• letting go of who you think you should be
• healing limiting beliefs about yourself and life
• learning to trust your intuition and inner guidance
• experiencing more emotional balance and inner calm
When your Higher Self leads and the Ego supports, life becomes clearer, calmer, and more meaningful.
A guiding thought for this journey
“Letting go of the ego does not make the world disappear.
Something changes within you — and you begin to see life with fresh eyes.”
(Adapted from Mata Amritanandamayi)
This course gently supports that inner shift — not through pressure or quick fixes, but through awareness, understanding, and compassion.
About the facilitator
I am a facilitator, author, and Emotional Intelligence practitioner with more than two decades of experience in personal growth and inner development. I hold a Ph.D., but my work is grounded in real human experience — not theory alone.
My journey began in therapy and Emotional Intelligence and later deepened into spiritual awareness after a serious health setback in my own life. This led me to explore deeper questions about meaning, identity, and purpose — questions many young adults face while finding their place in the world.
I have deep compassion for young adults who are still finding their footing in life. I understand how confusing and demanding this stage can be, and I believe it deserves patience, honesty, and kind guidance.
My intention is simple: to guide you back to yourself — with clarity, balance, and compassion.
