This is a six week plan divided into three stages each lasting two weeks. Progression is built into the plan and noted in stage two and then again in stage three. Limited equipment is needed. All you need to have is a few clubs, foam roller, towel or strap and a massage ball. Each week you will have a set of SMR and flexibility exercises to complete.
