Do you write children's stories but find it difficult to get published? So did I! Until a few years ago I had only one book accepted for publication only to have the publisher call as I was signing the contract and tell me never mind! It seemed their marketing department could not figure out how to pitch my book to the book selling chains. In actuality, I believe it was a ploy to switch me to vanity publishing so the publisher could make all the money and take none of the risk.
Fast forward a few years and now I am a published author!
