You will gain a thorough understanding of what motivates you and what you ultimately want to achieve. You will learn how to recognize resistance and barriers to productivity which hinder your progress and how to motivate yourself to fight back again those obstacles to work at your most productive level. When you complete the workshop, you will be better able to manage the demands on your time in a more productive and effective way.
