This course is designed to improve your posture and well-being. Plain and simple. Unfortunately for most people, it is not so simple. Modern society has wreaked havoc on us as human beings and our physical bodies. As a species, we thrive off movement and we have developed certain movement patterns and postural positions that we are very efficient in. The structural design of modern society however, does not allow our bodies to express themselves in their natural state.
This is why I have designed this course to bring back your natural awareness and teach you specific movement patterns and postural principles that you can practice and apply every single day to improve your posture and your overall well-being.
