Prepare with confidence using a practice‑driven exam prep experience designed to mirror the style, structure, and difficulty of the real PMI® certification exams.
This course gives you access to a comprehensive bank of mock exams built around the current PMI Exam Content Outline (ECO), ensuring every question reflects the mindset, domains, and competencies you’ll face on test day.
Note: A new PMP exam will be launched from 8th July 2026, if you're sitting your exam before that date, you should not reference the new material or ECO. Updated content will be added to this course from May 2026.
You'll work through a wide variety of realistic question formats including:
Multiple-choice / single answer
Multiple-choice / multiple answer
Fill-in-the-blank
Each practice exam contains a set of 60 questions covering the entire exam content outline (ECO). The PMP exam is broken down into three sets of questions. Regardless of where you sit the exam you will answer 60 questions, then have the opportunity to review any you marked. You will submit that set and can take a 10min break, including leaving the room. You cannot re-access a set of questions once submitted. After the 10min break, you'll begin the second set of 60 questions, repeating the cycle until all three sets are completed (180). This program has been set up to mimic the same pattern, allowing you to build up your stamina, experience, and take a fully timed 180 questions.
Mock Exam 1 - 60 Questions
Mock Exam 2 - 60 Questions
Mock Exam 3 - 60 Questions
The program is crafted to strengthen your understanding of PMBOK‑aligned concepts such as value delivery, project performance domains, tailoring, predictive and adaptive approaches, and cross‑cutting interpersonal skills. You’ll build exam‑ready confidence by practicing with situational questions that reflect how PMI assesses decision‑making, leadership, and application of theory in real‑world project environments.
Exam Scoring - the official pass rate for the PMP is somewhat of a mystery, PMI does not publish the pass rate, nor will it show you an exact score. In fact you will not see which questions you answered correctly, (or not). However after training hundreds of participants over the past 10 years I use a 'confidence score' to confirm you are ready:
50% or less - you are not ready
60 - 70% - low confidence you will pass
70 - 80% - moderate confidence you can pass
80% or higher - strong confidence you can pass, and well!
In practice mode you'll see instant scoring and detailed explanations to help you identify gaps quickly and focus your study time where it matters most. This course gives you the hands‑on, exam‑style practice you need to walk into your test with clarity and momentum.
While this course is new to Udemy, the trainer (Kristie Fogarty) has over 10 years experience training hundreds across all industries to pass the PMP exam.
