Continue your Pilates journey with this collection of sequences aimed at those of you who want a new challenge and a bit of inspiration. The style is mindful and intense with attention to conscious movement.

Whether it's a short intense workout or a chance to build up to perfecting an exercise, there is something here for you. Or perhaps you want to challenge your mind, too, with a Flow sequence.
The course is divided into 3 main sections:-
4 shorter classes for those busy days where you want to add some body conditioning to your cardio or simply don't have time
2 flow sequences to test your control and co-ordination, the ultimate in movement therapy
4 Classes with a specific focus - either moving through the building blocks to perfect a more advanced exercise or working on an area of the body
This course is ideal for any of you who have taken my Pilates courses or have a good level of Pilates experience and are looking for some new classes to keep you motivated.
This is also useful for those of you who are Pilates teachers and are looking for inspiration for your lesson plans and motivation to help maintain your personal practice.
The course is based entirely on Joseph Pilates classical mat exercises and adheres to the Pilates Principles. This course will help improve strength, flexibility, mobility, posture and the mind/body connection to help you stay fit and healthy. It is suitable for those in general good health only. It is not suitable for use during pregnancy, directly after or for anyone with a specific health issue such as osteoporosis.

Instructor
I have over 35 years experience in the health & fitness industry. I started out as an aerobics instructor in London and trained as a Pilates and yoga instructor towards the end of the 1990's. From then on, I built up a large portfolio of clients and ran private classes in the London area and in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I completed further training in aerial yoga therapy, indoor cycling and Barre in Dubai and wrote a Lifestyle column for Sport360 - a Dubai based Sports Newspaper - during the 7 years I was in the Middle East. I am passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing through a healthy lifestyle. Qualifications include Level 3 Education & Training, Pilates Matwork, Pilates Orthopaedics, Pre/Post Natal Exercise; AFN certified Childhood Nutrition & Obesity Prevention and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition; Client Psychology and Motivation; Yoga Alliance certified in Hatha Yoga, AFN certified Diet & Nutrition Diploma.
