My name is Andrea Cutuk, and I am a certified nutrition and fitness coach and a 43-year-old competitive bodybuilder. I have coached numerous men and women to drop body fat without cutting out favorite foods or food groups and still be able to enjoy eating out and a social life. I am also my own student.
