This course is designed to help you get your calm back, understand why you do what you do and provide you with tools to bring regulation back into your everyday life.
I constructed the course to be informative, entertaining and transformative. In about 5 min per day, you will learn how to reset your mindset, receive new tools to help you get a better understanding of the stressors in your life and how to navigate them.
The goal is to raise awareness and update our automatic behavior that we have adapted over the years. By learning our past programing and consciously changing them we are enabled to make life style changes that bring healing and self regulation back into our life.
This will enable us to set boundaries to protect our peace and build more intimate and deeper relationships with the ones we love. When we are regulated we can give others the gift of co-regulation and build a better home, work and community environment.
