Money Maestro - How To Become Irresistible To Money

So, how rich does one have to be, to create a money course?

I was asked by someone who follows my work on Facebook, if I thought I was rich enough to create and teach a money course.

In this video, I share with you some of the outcomes of my new money story, including the 5 asks or goals in my life:

1. The 11 BMWs that my husband and I have owned and enjoyed cruising with

2. The 5 houses we’ve owned, 3 of which we’ve sold for more than $1,000,000

3. The more than 17 countries I’ve travelled to for fun

4. The many contests and competitions that I’ve won (more on this in the next video)

5. How I manifested an income that was more than 4 times the income I started with, within 3 years

The most important takeaway from this video is that how rich we are is really how capable we are of understanding this energy of money, wealth and abundance, and how we use this to get what we desire.

For me, being rich is having money to be able to afford and enjoy everything we desire

I am quite grateful when I look back at my money-related achievements or accomplishments, and wins, because I can share them with you now.

I did go through a lot of struggle in my life when it came to money, as I know a lot of us have, and I'm also grateful for those struggles, because they have helped me experiment a lot with my money manifestation abilities.

What I've learnt is, that

• Money has an energy

• When we are one with the energy of money, we become irresistible to money and money flows to us

• When we are not one with the energy of money, we push money away, and money stays away

• Learning how to become one with money is a lifelong journey, but one with the greatest outcomes

So to answer the question as to whether I think I’m rich, I’d say yes, because that is a big part in understanding the energy of money - to be able to appreciate exactly where you’re at right now with regards to abundance.

And this is what you’ll learn about in this course.

A money story is a combination of what we think and believe about money, and is the foundation of the relationship we have with money, including the quality of our money experiences.

A money story that's empowering and good, will result in us enjoying the life we live in, where we can afford everything we want.

A money story that's limiting, will show in our lives, where there will be struggles with money.

In our journey to create a new, more empowering money story, it helps to also look at our old money story.

Though my old money story contained some struggles I went through with money, I also remember experiencing some really good money moments, especially when I was on a winning streak for years, when it came to contests and competitions.

Here are some sharings:

• Winning my first contest when I was 9, a Ribena contest I participated in because I wanted one of the prizes, which was a red Sony walkman set

• Winning the Grand Prizes in 2 separate contests for the Biggest Loser Asia finale live recording in the studio, allowing me to cheer my participants on

  
  

My biggest takeaways from these winnings include

• Understanding the energy of abundance when I asked for something, and received it through my winnings

• Understanding that the fundamental of money energy, is the energy of receiving

• Understanding that when we are one with the energy of money, money will flow to us, sometimes in the most unexpected ways

• Understanding that when we master our money story, the possibilities of what we receive, are endless

I hope these sharings will pump you up with the knowing that you too, can master your money story and become irresistible to money.

I learnt about the concept of Stubborn Confidence, when I was in the process of selling my house in Melbourne.

Here's what happened:

• I wanted to sell my house for $600,000.

• The real estate market in Melbourne was doing badly

• I hired a realtor and told him my asking price.

• But my realtor, the news, emails I kept getting about the real estate market - everyone kept telling me that I would have to sell my house for $400,000, less than what I bought it for - which was, at a loss. Almost EVERYONE was convinced that selling the house in a period of the real estate dip was a bad idea

• BUT I believed - I more than believed...I KNEW that I will sell it

• End result is, I sold it. And not only did I not lose money, but I sold it at a huge profit, very close to my asking price of $600,000

So many things could have stopped me

• I could've believed when my realtor and reduced the selling price

• I could've believed what was being said in the news and waited till the real estate market improved

• I could've listened to my own fears which were shouting in my ear everyday, to listen to the professionals of the real estate market

• I could've given up every time a potential buyer would say no to buying the house

BUT, I used my Stubborn Confidence - where I practised a knowing, no matter what happens around me, that money is on my side, that money is going to support me and my family, and that my house will sell at a profit.

I felt free. And I was one with the energy of money.
And my house sold at a profit.

When looking at my old money story, of course, there were low points.

Some of the struggles that helped me want to have a more empowering money story, included

• Not having money to buy a cup of coffee when meeting a client in Starbucks

• Not having money to loan a friend who was in need of money, and who asked me for it, though it must have been very difficult for her to do so

• Not sharing my money struggles, internalising it because I did not want to trouble anyone by asking for money - I used to believe that when I asked for money, someone else would suffer...so I just didn't ask for more

In the next video, I share how I shifted from a limiting money story, by saying no to what I didn't want to experience anymore.

I realised that my old money story limited me. I kept internalising my money struggles and it kept eating into my life. I felt stuck, numb, depressed and purposeless for years. As a result, every area in my life suffered, because my money issues engulfed me...and they became me.

Yes, we have all struggled with money. Yes, we all have low points in our old money story. Yes, money might still be tight for us now.

You may have had questions like

• Why am I here?

• Why can't I make enough money to support me and my family, and to give us the lives that I know we can and should live?

• Why am I not making enough money to take a gap year at work and go travelling?

• Why don't I have enough money to pursue my dreams of continuing my education?

• Why is my money simply not enough to allow me to relax?

These money fears and questions are valid. They are real - but you can manage this. 

Your old money story and struggles need not be how you experience money today or in the future. All your beliefs about money that have been holding you back, need not hold you back anymore.

Your story needs shifting. And you'll learn how to shift. You'll learn that this shifting can happen on a daily basis, sometimes even more frequently.

YOU can create a better money story, and you can bring your family, friends and community to live in your story too - but first, you'd need to create this new money story.

One that empowers you and makes you feel happy and proud to be living in it.

AND YOU CAN!

Today, my thoughts about money have totally changed. Today, when I think of money, here's what goes through my mind:

• Money loves me

• Money wants to support me

• Money knows that it lives with and through me, it can uplift so many people and causes

• Money and I are one

And soon, you'll have this mindset and belief too, where despite what anyone may say, despite a bad economy, despite that negative news report, you WILL make money - you WILL become irresistible to money.

When you become a Money Maestro, you become the master of your money story - and when this happens, money cannot deny you.

More will always be available and possible for you.

You will change. Your money beliefs will change. How you see money will change. Your money story will change.

Oooohhh! How money will start rolling in!

Before you start the course, I'd like you to be aware of a few things:

#1 - When you start manifesting money

You will start seeing money come into your life as you journey through the course. When this happens, go ahead and celebrate but stay with the course.

You don’t want to see only pockets of money sometimes manifest in your life - the aim of this course is to make yourself irresistible to money and to make this a wholesome lifelong happy story.

So, do come back :)

Before you start the course, I'd like you to be aware of a few things:

#2 - When you get frustrated

The idea of this course is to get you doing more of the things that make you irresistible to money, and to stop doing those things that have kept money away from you. So, some habits need to change.

One big habit is paying too much attention to the frustration that creeps in when you don't see the money you desire, come into your life. Yes, it will happen, but that's not your focus. Your focus should remain on what you can do to be more open to money, so as much as possible, as often as you can, keep your focus here.

You will learn in later videos, that money cannot stand to be with certain energies - frustration tops that list. Attaching yourself to needing to see the money you desire right away, can cause frustrations, which will push money away. If money doesn’t show up, or doesn’t show up fast enough, don’t get frustrated - this is part of the journey.

Embrace the journey and the learnings, and most importantly, stay away from feeling too tight or intense when you feel frustration creep in. Let go and move on.

Before you start the course, I'd like you to be aware of a few things:

#3 - The Law of Attraction

Q : Is this a Law of Attraction course?
A : I am a Law of Attraction Certified Trainer-Coach, and while there are lots of benefits in this law, I have also experienced non-manifestations when using Law of Attraction to bring in money and other things in my life. This course does use some concepts from the Law of Attraction, but it also comes from a lot of introspection, seeing what works and what doesn’t, tried and tested tools and tips, and countless experiments with and stories from my students and coaching clients.

Take what you want, what helps, and be true to yourself. Not all concepts or ideas need to work for you. And it's best to try to be as open as you can when learning. So I’d like to suggest that you don’t bind yourself to any one concept. The world is your oyster ;)

Before you start the course, I'd like you to be aware of a few things:

#4 - This Is Not A Financial Course

This course will not give you financial tips - this course is all about shifting how you see money.

The aim is to bring money to you by clearing your blocks to money and fear of money, and doing more things that will bring money to you. If you are looking for how to save or invest, I’m sure there are many courses out there that will be able to guide you - but my work is more important than your actions to save or invest or grow money.

My work will help you know what to do so you can see money in a new light, a light that’s serving you.

I’m telling you this so you can manage your expectations of this course and your intended outcomes.

What is your money goal?

At this stage of the program, you will describe your money goals.

Throughout this program, we will revisit your goal, which will change to become clearer, better and more deserving of you. The idea is, that as you journey this course, you will expand as a person and as an energy. And your goal will expand too, as you believe more in yourself and in your power to bring to you anything you desire. The reason why you need to describe your goal now, is so you can immediately connect to this desire throughout the course.

You may be confused at this stage -. you may have an amount in mind but you might think that it's too much or too little. That's completely normal, so don't be bogged down by that confusion. Just have an amount and keep your feelings about it really light and easy.

In this video, we will identify your current relationship with money. Most people don’t realise this - but EVERYONE has a relationship with money! But just because we are unaware of our relationship with money, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist.

Do you have a fear-based relationship with money? This question must be answered because fear is a great money block. Do you look up to money? Do you look down to money? Or do you see money as an equal?

You see Money as your Master

When you see money as your master, you idolise it. And when we idolise something, we tend to be bound by their rules. You look up to money, and may have a little fear that it might not come to you. You may also believe that you can only receive money if you follow some rules or a certain way of doing things. The ideal relationship to have with money, is to see money as your partner.

You see Money as your Servant

When you see money as your servant, you expect it to work for you. This is a good practice, except that, you may sometimes have a forceful energy around money. And the energy of money does not like to be forced. Money is a freeing energy, and enjoys freedom itself. Something to consider the next time you're asking for money. The ideal relationship to have with money, is to see money as your partner.

You see Money as your Partner

When you see money as your partner, you are in a perfect relationship for manifesting more money in your life. Your energy towards money is one that is free of desperation. And because money loves this feeling of lightness and freedom, you’re on a speedy track to become a Money Maestro! Ask and you shall receive :)

The ideal relationship to have with money, is to see it as your Partner, or an equal. You see, money wants to have a good relationship with you, and many people often forget that they can enforce this belief in their money story. Money wants to help you thrive. Money wants to support you in everything you want to do.

Your money relationship should support you, and not be a fear-based or an anger-based one. If you have been having a relationship with money where you and money fear each other, it’s time to make that shift now. See money as your partner - and witness how differently this feels to you.

Declarations are very important, because what you declare becomes true for you.

Declarations are like a promise you make yourself, it is an intention that you're making known - and since declarations are desires, what you declare will manifest for you.

Sign this declaration and either print it and place it somewhere you can see, or paste it into your journal. May this declaration remind you of the strong ability you have to create an empowering, mutually respectful relationship and partnership with money.

In this session, we will look at how important your conversations with money are.

Everyday, money and you are involved in a conversation :

• When you think about money

• When you get angry or become afraid of money leaving you

• When you're celebrating a pay raise

• When you're fighting with someone over money

• When you spend

• When you save

We actually converse with money more often than we realise, and this is a very important piece of information to take notice of, because eventually, we will see that our money conversations either stem from or eventually become the beliefs we have about money.

Every money belief you have is either a good or unhealthy conversation with money

The result of our money conversations become our money story.
So if you feel that you’re not living a good enough money story, then change your conversations around money.

When responding to money-related activities, monitor:

• What you feel

• What you say

• What you think about

• What you believe

A good way to monitor your conversations with money, is to observe how you feel when money leaves you

Knowing how you currently respond to money leaving you can help you better manage your responses and feelings about it in future.

In this video, we will identify how we WANT to feel about money

The work of identifying how we feel when money leaves us was meant to help us be able to catch this when it creeps up in future, and make the shift to a more empowering money feeling.

It is very important that we now identify what feelings you really would like to associate to money.
You can use the List of Feelings PDF, and pick 5-10 feelings you’d like to feel about money.

Eg. freeing, joy, excitement, love, hope, passion.
Or use your own choice of words.

When you know what you want to feel every time you talk or think about money, you will start moving towards that direction

In this section, you will write 2 letters to money, to express how you feel about it.

In this video, we look at the importance of being honest with our feelings when it comes to a bad money experience that we've faced in the past.

I share a story about how I lost $700 when I was robbed at knife-point, at a time in my life when money was tough for me.

It was because of this experience, that I decided to start writing to money, to really talk to money about how I felt when it left me.

The letter was raw, honest and painful - but by the end of it, I felt a sense of heaviness lift from me.

When there is pain, frustration, fear or anger we are harbouring because of money, it is best to let it out and let it go.

In this video, you will write An Honest Letter To Money, to tell money how you honestly felt when you experienced a frightening or frustrating money experience.

• Think about a time when you felt really bad about money.

• Maybe you lost some money? Or had an unexpected spending?

• Write a letter to money about that incident and how that made you feel. (You can use words identified when you were talking about in the ‘Describing your money feeling’ exercise)

Be honest with money, by telling it the worst feelings you've ever had about it - it's time to let it all go.

When writing my honest letter to money, explaining how I felt when I was robbed, there was a lot of pain. And so, I felt that it was very important to not only let go of that pain, but to tell money what I really wanted to feel.

As in any relationship, when there is something that is not working out, we may lash out at first, or feel frustrated, disappointed, angry or sad.

But when these tight feelings die down, there is an intention within us to communicate with our partner to explain what you need.

Similarly, in your relationship with money, communication is key.

You need to tell money how you want to feel about it.

• How you desire to replace the fears with a sense of safety.

• How you want to smile when it comes to money instead of feeling worry

• How you dream of a big life with money, not one that is restricted because of money

Communicate your intentions with money, and start moving towards a money story where everything goes well for you.

In this video, you will write A Happy Letter To Money

Here, you will write your 2nd letter to money, telling it about how you want to feel everytime you think about money, whether when you’re getting it or spending it.

• Think about the happiest experience you can imagine or have experienced.

• Write your desired feelings when you encounter any future money-related activities.

• Make it fun, make it light, make it easy

Writing a letter to money about how you want to feel in every future money experience, will make that start happening for you.

Money has heard you through your letters - and now, money has something very important to tell you.

In the next few videos, you will hear messages from money, about how it feels about you.

This is a pivotal first step to becoming a Money Maestro.
You need to know what money really wants you to know.

I found this exercise particularly helpful especially for people who came to me and were really financially stuck. For the longest time, I and the people I've helped with money, have had beliefs about money that were very damaging - beliefs like

• Receiving money from someone means less for them

• I will have to work till I'm old to become a millionaire

• We're not rich, but we're happy

• I will never afford that car in my lifetime

These money beliefs are really, what you believe money means to you.
Well, money wants you to know that these damaging and limiting beliefs are UNTRUE.

We will go through some letters from money especially to you, taken from my book Letters from Money : What Money Really Wants You To Know

Enjoy this mindset expansion as you begin to understand what money really feels about you.

Old money beliefs become money habits when we live it repeatedly, and many of us have been nurturing an environment for these limiting money beliefs to thrive in, by feeding too much oxygen to them.

From this point forward, your entire beliefs about money will start shifting - enjoy this shift :)

Let's Kick Fear Out

In your relationship with money, there is a big possibility that there is a 3rd component, which is FEAR.

In this video, we see that in our journey of creating a new money story, we’d need to deal with this component of fear, that has been living with us for a very long time.

Do you have fear when it comes to money?

It’s easy to find the answer to this. Just ask yourself if you’re happy with your current money story - and if you’re not, you can be sure that fear has been sabotaging your money story.

In your relationship with money, let fear know that it is not welcomed.

Your money fears are an accumulation of your past and current money experiences, either ones you've personally faced, or those you've witnessed in the lives of people around you.

And fear can seem very real, because it is really your brain's attempt to prevent you from getting hurt.

If like me, you've been robbed before, then you might cringe and hold on tightly to your wallet the next time you see someone suspicious around you.

If you've grown up in an environment where it was a constant struggle for your parents to pay the mortgage or bills, then you might conjure a belief that being an adult is too difficult.

You can’t ignore fear, because fear has been with you for a long time, and may have even begun sounding like your own voice.

You need to deal with this fear.

You need to decide that fear has no place in your new money story. Fear might convince you that you’re asking for too much. When this happens, keep telling fear that your voice of knowing and confidence will always override the voice of fear.

Nurture an environment for your new money story to thrive - one where even if fear creeps up, it will die down quick enough so it cannot sabotage your ability to invite more money into your life.

Don’t ignore fear, because until you face it, it will continue working non-consciously in your background, impacting your relationship with money.

Remember, sometimes, fear can sound convincing.

When fear creeps in, it can

• stop you from wanting more

• hold you back from your desires of living in that big house

• make you doubt if you can really earn a higher income

• stop you from contributing as much as you want

  
  

The only person who can stop this fear from overpowering your desires, is you.

Remind yourself everyday that fear is not you, and fear is not money - and so, it does not need to exist in your relationship with money.

Ask fear to shut it, because you've got this.

When asking for more, people closest to us might feel that we’re being too greedy, or that we should keep our feet firmly planted on the ground instead of floating on clouds - this is other people's money fears, being projected onto you

In this video, we learn to stop giving our power away to FEAR.

There's so much truth in this voice of fear - but only if you allow it to be true for you.

Stop fear from stopping you anymore. It's YOUR money story. Time to take charge, my friend.

I know someone who believes that having fear is a good thing, because it protects us - and this has proven true for her, time and time again.

When you give too much attention to fear, you are giving it a lot of space to breed, and then, it starts overpowering your alignment to what you know is true.

I know of people who live their entire lives based on a very limiting money creed:

• Don't spend all your money in that investment, because it will kill you

• The property market is bad now, so it's the worst idea to sell your house

• The economy is plummeting, sell all your shares NOW!

• I don't think that the best idea is to do an Arts Degree - there'd be no future, and you'll end up poor

• Are you sure you want to buy 2 meals?

And you already know what money feels about being limited.

You can choose not to let fear overpower you.

You can dream big, receive big and live big.

You'd just need to be able to overpower fear every time an old and limiting money belief wants to deepen its roots into your money story.

Let's remind ourselves, that

• Money loves you

In this section, we dealt with our own definition of money.

In the next section, we look at how our environment shapes our money story.

In this section, we will look at how you observe money scenarios in your environment.

This includes

• Witnessing how your parents dealt with money

• Listening to money horror stories in the news

• Learning that someone you know received a huge amount of money

• Being advised to do or not to do something money-related

• Getting robbed

• Being bankrupt

• Not being able to pay the bills

• Knowing someone close to you who's struggling with money

Anything that happens around us with regards to money, can be something that we knowingly or unknowingly absorb and make our money story.

In this video, I share a story about how someone in my Europe tour group got robbed, and how this incident relates to how afraid she was, of losing her money when travelling to Italy, because of the constant warnings from the tour guide.

She absorbed the fear and intensity of being robbed, from her environment.

During the tour, though I too heard all these horror stories and warnings about the risks of being robbed, but I DELIBERATELY focused more on how money loves me and wants to support me...

You'll learn how to as well.

You choose what experiences in your environment that goes into your money story and what stays out.

Yes, there are many scary stories about money in your environment - but you can select what you want to absorb into your own money story

Here's how we can unknowingly absorb a money experience into our money story:

• Feeling fear of being robbed because you saw someone else get robbed

• Stressed that you're not earning enough because your friends are earning more

• Panic that you don't have enough money for your new baby who is coming, because your colleague told you, that you needed x amount of money to start off as a parent

• Convinced that you can't become a millionaire unless you are an entrepreneur, because you read it in a book

• Believe that it's a terrible time to sell your house, because you watched a news report on the failing economy

Sure, money experiences that happen in other people's lives can teach us a thing or two - but when you absorb this into your money story, it changes your relationship with money.

Everyone's fears are valid. Every horror story might be true.

BUT you can control what comes into and what stays out of your money story.

Because, the abundance in your money story is yours to determine - don't let someone else write your money story, no matter how convincing they can be.

In this video, we do a debrief of the exercise you did in the last video, about how you feel observing certain money scenarios in your environment.

The key learnings are:

• You can choose what money scenarios in your environment that you'd like to absorb into your money story

• If you absorb ALL money scenarios in your environment, you have given power away to other people and bad money experiences to control your money story

Be deliberate about how you respond to money experiences happening around you - you can show empathy to these money scenarios, but be deliberate about keeping the horror stories out of your money story.

In this section we learn how to become irresistible to money, where I take you on a journey of my career and income journey in Australia.

In this video, you will specifically hear about

• My first income (in a "meh" job)

• My second income (what happened when I asked for double my income)

You will also hear about my fears, which included:

• Whether I dared ask for more

• Whether I was asking for too much

In this video, we talk about a helpful tool in becoming irresistible to money, which is to:

Focus on the desire of money, instead of the worries related to this desire

At any one point, you can either focus on

• What you want, or

• The worries about what you want

In this video, we look at how to overpower the fear from within you or from your environment when you start dreaming big.

I take you back to my career and income journey, and we look at:

• How I doubled my income in a month (with no change in my resume)

• How I still wanted more (when fears started creeping in)

We will also look at an analysis of why people in our lives tend to stop us when we're in the process of dreaming big or asking for more, including

• Because they don't want you to be disappointed by dreaming big

• Because they might just not be as expanded as you when it comes to money

• Because they feel that asking more is greedy

Learn also how I recalibrated my energy to be one with money energy instead of becoming one with the voice of fear

In this video, we look at how I kept asking for more

Here's what happened:

• I asked for $100,000 and received $132,000 in my next job

• AND I ASKED FOR EVEN MORE! ($250,000)

Fast forward a few very short years later, and I'm earning more than $200,000 a year in income.

Just imagine...

• What if I didn't ask for more and stayed at a $45,000 a year income, because I didn't dare ask for more?

• What if I succumbed to the fears within me and from my environment, and let that stop me from asking for more?

• What if I had focused on the worry about whether or not I will get more, instead of on the desire of having more money?

There were many times when I could have stopped asking because I was afraid to...but I didn't

Have you stopped asking because what someone said stopped you? Or maybe your own doubts stopped you?

I wanted $250,000 that year

• $204, 000 from my income, and

• The rest from the proceeds of selling my house

When I received a $204,000 income that year, I could have focused on the worry that it was much less than the $250,000 that I had asked for

BUT, I kept my focus on my desire of the money, and the money came to me in another unexpected way, besides from my income (which is where I thought it would come from)

The Lesson:

"You will never know where your money can come from, because really, it can come from ANYWHERE"

But when your focus is on the "Oh dear, why is it not here yet??", then of course, money cannot get to you - because the worry about why your desire hasn't materialised yet, is just too tight a feeling for money to deal with.

The result is...when you worry about money, or the lack of it, you're actually pushing money away.

Focus on your desire instead, and see yourself becoming irresistible to money.

In this video, you will do an exercise, which asks you to take a closer look at your life, and see if you're focusing on the worries of your money desires, instead of the money desire.

Observe if these questions come to mind when you're thinking about your money desire:

• Why is it not here yet?

• What if it's not here by the end of the month?

• What do I do as a Plan B if the money doesn't come?

• Omg, Omg, Omg! It's not here yet!!!!

Worry, anxiety, fear - are all not where your money desire is. Tightness in feelings is something money really cannot deal with.

As difficult and frightening as this can be, you need to come from a place of KNOWING that the money you want shall be yours.

You'll learn how to do this as you move through this course.

Before we move on, let's do a quick Money Goal Check-In.

• How are you doing?

• Are you happy with your money goals?

• Would you like to tweak them?

• Are you comfortable asking for more?

If you're happy with your current money goals, then no tweaking is necessary. If you feel that you'd like to ask for more, then do that.

There's no right or wrong here at all - what you feel and what you are comfortable with is the best for you, so go with that.

In this video, we look at another tool that can help us become irresistible to money.

I share how I used to want money urgently in my past money story.

I also share my biggest learning about money from this phase, where I realised that money would come to me (rather speedily) at times, and at other times, it doesn't come at all.

I asked why, and I realised that money has certain likes and dislikes.

• Money flocks to feelings it likes - happiness, lightness, ease, freedom

• Money stays away from feelings it dislikes - sadness, tightness, doubt, fear

If we are radiating these feelings when it comes to money, we can either be pushing money away, or becoming irresistible to money.

The most important thing about this, is that once we know this, we can start deliberately practising more of the feelings money likes, and shifting away from those feelings that money just cannot process.

This knowledge is priceless ;)

• How freeing money is, and how it does not like to be limited

• How money feels like a long, fully-paid vacation to travel to your dream destination

• How money does not like stress or the tightness of rules and boundaries

To become irresistible to money, be this energy of calm, lightness, freedom, no stress, no tightness.

In the last video, we got to understand more about the energy of money.

In this video, we look at the energies that money dislikes, and it's what causes you to feel unfree and tight

• Stress (including time and commitment stress)

• Depression

• Desperation

• Drama

• Fear

• Anger

• Envy

• Self pity

These are the feelings that money is not aligned with.

Always ask yourself,

• If you're aligned to money, or

• If you're not aligned to money

So the idea is, to create an environment where money would like to chill in

The money exercises we have done so far, help us identify our feelings when it comes to money - which are

• The Light Feelings

• The Tight Feelings

Everything we feel is either aligned to, or not aligned to money's energy

If you're misaligned to money's energy, shift this to an alignment - and become irresistible to money.

An idea is to keep a journal of your money feelings, to track how many of your feelings are aligned to money, or what specific money scenarios bring out the tight money feelings within you - with this awareness, you will have more power to transform how you feel about money in your life.

In this video, I share a story about how a tenant of mine stopped paying his rent and left my house in a very sad condition.

This was a phase where I went through a lot of feelings that were misaligned with money's energy - those tight feelings like

• Anger and betrayed - "How could someone do this to me?"

• Frustrated - "What kind of person would do this to someone's house?"

• Disappointed - "Why did he leave us in such a mess to clean up - why is there no ownership at all?"

• Worry - "The renovations to clean this up would cost too much!"

• Fear - "What if the renovation costs keeps increasing?"

And then, I just stopped. I realised what I was doing - I was pushing money away!

So, I went into my room, stopped all work, stopped everything - and started shifting to feelings that were more aligned to money's energy, which we will look at in the next video

When my tenant left my house in a really bad state when he moved out, I saw myself sliding into feelings that were not aligned to the energy of money.

In this video, I share how I deliberately caught myself in action and shifted instead, to feelings that were aligned to money's energy, like

• Hope - "The money I spend fixing this house will come back to me multiplied"

• Joy - "The reason why I can spend money on this house, is because I have SO MUCH MONEY TO SPEND!"

• Excitement - "I will sell this house for 3 times the amount I paid for it"

• Confidence - "Money keeps pouring into my life to allow me to finish fixing this house comfortably"

• Knowing - "Money wants to support me in this project"

I kept going until every part of me was aligned to the energy of money.

I also heard money speak to me:

• "Go for it! I'll keep backing you!"

• "For every $10 you spend, 10 times that money will come rushing back to you"

And I was ready for this expansion. I opened my channels of receiving.

At that point, I was one with the energy of money.

How would you know if you're aligned to money's energy and that you've opened your channels of receiving?

1. You will see money come into your life

2. You will feel open and free

When you've opened your channels of receiving, notice how money comes to you.

It could be :

• Actual cash

• A bonus payout

• A cheque

• A discount

• Someone gifting you something

• And more!

Hey, something extra!

This is a bonus exercise, if you'd like more practise in saying yes to money - by identifying how you feel about money, to check if you're aligned or not aligned to the energy of money.

You will go through 5 steps in the New Money Story Cycle

1. Experience a money activity (eg. paying bills)

2. Observe your reaction to this money activity (eg. Every time I pay my bills, I feel fear that I don't have enough)

3. Break this routine - (Eg. Take 5, take a deep breath and relax)

4. Shift to a money-aligned emotion (Eg. Lightness, ease)

5. Declare your new money belief (Eg. "I can pay my bills because I have so much of money to do so")

Speak to money and hear what money says to you - make this conversation a healthy, empowering declaration that will serve you in your money story.

Create that environment for money to come to you, to multiply for you.

It's that time once again to take another look at your money goals.

This time, based on what you've learnt about

• The energy of money

• How to shift your feelings when money leaves you

• How to create environments where money wants to live in

• How to become one with the energy of money

Does your money goal need a tweak? If yes, do it.

If that doesn't feel right, then stick to your money goal.

Remember, anything that YOU feel is right, is right.

In this section, we look at how to recreate a money story that you would really enjoy living and thriving in - how exciting is that?

Your money story is something that you've knowingly or unknowingly created and lived with for all this time, and includes

• What you believe/ have believed about money

• Someone else's beliefs about money that you've adopted over the years

• Someone else's advise about money that you've absorbed

• Your own past experiences with money

Basically, your money story is based 100% on what you think and how you feel about money:

• If you're currently struggling with money, then some part of your current money story is blocking you from becoming irresistible to money

• If you're happy with your money experiences, then your money story is solidly serving you

The most important takeaway from this video, is that your money story can either

• Block money from coming to you

• Bring money to you

What I've noticed about wealth is, that

People who are supremely wealthy, are supremely wealthy because they believe they can be supremely wealthy.

A very simple concept, but very powerful, because of how true it is.

Growing up, I've had friends who want to be rich, but they constantly detest people who are wealthy, and they say things like

• "He's only rich because his father is rich"

• "She's super rich because she just got lucky"

• "They inherited money, that's why they can live wealthily"

• "I bet that chain he's giving his girlfriend is something he bought with his parents' money"

These stories may be true in some cases - but not always. But more importantly, these all hail from a money story that believes that wealth only belongs to some people, and that wealth is not easy to come by for some others.

People who are supremely wealthy do not have money blocks in their minds that they can't manage.

• They don't have doubts that they can be rich

• They don't believe other people who tell them that wealth is limited

• They don't want to pay attention to money experiences that leave them dry, and focus on money experiences that bring them joy

Your new money story should work for you.

As you expand your mind and beliefs, you will experience increasing amounts of money showing up in your life.

You will start telling a new money story that is going to bring you joy.

When you believe you are rich, money cannot deny you.

In this video, you are going to start challenging every single money belief that resides within you and understand why it's so important to do so.

A good money story will be able to allow you to do anything you want to do, and if your money story is not doing this, then it needs a shift.

The best way to evaluate your money story, is to look at your money experiences, which are related to your money beliefs.

You may have knowingly or unknowingly (sometimes even accidentally) adopted, absorbed or learnt money beliefs that do not serve you, from your environment - from this point forward, it's time to be more deliberate about what you believe about money.

In this video, we look at the importance of challenging our money beliefs, through a story.

The Story:

A little girl who was observing her mother fry sausages, noticed that her mother would cut the edges of the sausages before frying them. She asked her mum why this was so, and her mum replies that it is how her mum did it.

So the girl asked her grandma why the edges of the sausages needed to be cut before frying, and her grandma replied that her mother did that too.

When the little girl went to ask her great grandmother the same question, she replied that she needed to cut the edges of the sausages before frying them, because she never had a pan that was big enough to hold the sausages whole.

What is your takeaway from this story?

The takeaways:

In the story, we learn that when the girl's mother and grandmother fried sausages, they cut the ends without really knowing why.

It sounds like they were on auto-pilot when they were doing this. It's something they observed their mothers doing, and it became a habit which they never questioned.

The biggest takeaway from this story is, that a lot of what we do today could be something we'd unconsciously adopted from our past and have accepted as the truth.

And how sad would it be if the things we've accepted as truths in our life,

• are not good for us?

• do not serve us?

• sabotage us?

• damage us?

SAY NO TO YOUR DAMAGING MONEY BELIEFS - QUESTION THEM. CHALLENGE THEM

Challenge every single money belief you have. Challenge every 'truth' that you know, if they do not serve you. Keep the ones that empower you and trash those that limit you.

In this video, we look at our Money-Feeling Associations, or what we associate to money experiences in our lives.

I share a story of a friend who was facing a difficult time financially, and experienced a bitter money experience. She would always take the non-tolled road to work because it was cheaper, though very much longer.

One day, for some reason, her GPS led her to the tolled roads, where she had to pay 5 tolls to get to work.

For someone who was watching every cent she spent, this was a horrifying experience, because every time she heard a 'Beep' when she passed a toll booth, she knew it meant money leaving her account - and with every Beep, she became more distraught. She reached her workplace feeling terrible.

During our coaching session, I helped her see how she was associating every Beep with money leaving her, and how that was not helping her money experience at all.

I suggested that she shift the association she has made to that Beep sound. Every time she heard a Beep, instead of associating this sound to money leaving her, I asked her to change her association to this Beep. I asked her to imagine that every Beep she heard, could mean that $1000 is coming to her instead.

So she tried to take the tolled route to work to practise this. And every time she heard a Beep at a tollbooth, she would say "Wooo! That's $1000 coming to me!" and that upped her vibe tremendously.

When you have a physical issue facing you, more often than not, it is difficult to solve this issue immediately. So, solve it energetically FISRT. Which is what my friend did.

When you feel down with a money issue, remember, that money can't come to you because feeling down, sad, angry, fearful are all tight feelings that money can't be in. So, you'd first need to pump yourself up energetically so you're one with the energy of money.

You can't solve a money issue in the same energy you're in when you're facing the money issue.

So, shift what you associate with money leaving you.

• If you feel anxious at the end of the month because you know you're going to have to pay the mortgage, you'd need to shift the association you mentally and energetically have towards this date. Maybe say "I'm excited because I'll be able to pay another month's mortgage towards this house that provides for me"

• If you panic because you have an unexpected dental visit that's usually costly, shift your association to this experience. Maybe say "6 months from now, I'll be confidently smiling because all dental work would have been smoothly completed and easily paid for"

Look closely and you will realise that there are instances in your life where you have associated to something scary or something you don't want to look forward to - try to shift this association to a better money feeling, and watch as money finds its way to you.

Every time you experience money leaving you, take charge of what associations you make to this experience - and use it as a platform to bring more money into your life.

Remember, that money leaving you

• Is temporary

• Is not necessarily a bad thing

• Does not need to damage you

• Does not need to depress you

• Does not need to be something that limits you

Shift the association you make to money leaving you, and use it to expand you and your money story instead

Having an unexpected expense can be tricky, eg

• Your kids saying that they need money for their band uniform

• A sudden and necessary visit to the dentist and finding out that it's an expensive bill

• An unexpected increase in the gas bill last month

• A big utility bill that you just cannot dispute

• A lawyer's fee

• Someone getting sick and now you have medical expenses to foot

• Someone is having a party and have asked you to be in charge of food

The first question that comes to you may be "How can I possibly pay for this?"

If there is a tight-feeling that you've knowingly or unknowingly associated to this unexpected money experience, shift it.

Here are some things you can say to pump yourself up energetically in these situations

• I can pay because I have money to pay

• Money supports me

• Life has not disappointed me and it will not start now

• Every time I needed money, it has come to be in some beautiful way, as it will now

Remember, the aim is to BE ONE WITH THE ENERGY OF MONEY

Because you can't get to a place of money when your feelings are against what money likes.

To start living a money story that you can enjoy and that empowers you, always remember to nurture your relationship with money.

Your relationship with money is very similar to the other relationships you have in your life - relationships with a spouse, parent, child, co-worker, and more - and these relationships can be tricky.

But in life, if you feel that a relationship is worth saving, and is worth the time, then you will invest all you have into ensuring that this relationship works - and this is the same with your relationship with money.

YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MONEY IS WORTH THE FOCUS

Nurture your relationship with money through every money experience you have.

This is one of my most favourite work with money - having morning conversations with money before I start my day

Sometimes, we go to sleep with money concerns that have bogged us down during the day

• OMG, how am I going to pay for that?

• I think I'm severely underpaid in my job

• Oh dear, the dog is unwell - that means thousands in vet bills

• I feel so bad I can't help her when she needs money - I just don't have enough

• How do I get the money I need for that expense?

In times like these, remember to ask yourself if you're one with the energy of money

Do anything you can to shift out of any tight feelings you're having about money, and a good way is to talk to money as soon as you wake up. In a way, you're creating the day before it happens. You're setting the tone of how your day should be, how life should show up for you and how you want money to support you.

Doing this can really increase your mental and energetic feelings and thoughts about money - which we already know, is the first step in creating a better money story

Try these when you talk to money in the morning (you can also talk to yourself about how money is going to show up for you today)

• Today is going to be a beautiful day

• Everything that you want, can be yours

• You'll become closer to your desires today

• You are going to receive money today

• Feel your money channels open up

• Money is going to show up for me

And hear money talk back to you

• I will be there to support you today

• Do what you need to do and I will be there all the way

• You know I love you

• I'm on your side always

Set your goals energetically first, and then observe how easily it gets achieved in your physical world

There could be many experiences in your daily life that will push you to the corner when it comes to your money beliefs

• Someone may say that your dreams are too big

• You may experience a bad money experience

• You may on the news that some countries or companies are losing money

• Your friend may be struggling with money

Always, always, always remember - that SOME truth about money being difficult, need not be YOUR truth.

You can choose not to adopt fears from money stories around you.

Do something everyday to remind you of your relationship with money - in that, money is on your side and wants to support you in realising all your desires.

Here are some ways you can do this

• Read letters from money and pump yourself up with the energy of knowing that money is on your side

• Read money declarations that remind you of your power in creating that new money story, where money joyfully comes and resides in your life

Some powerful money declarations are

• Money loves me

• Money wants me

• I am one with the energy of money

• I know it looks like I don't have much money right now, but I know money is on its way to me

• I know my money issues are temporary, and I declare that money will find me from various sources

• I know that all I have to do is ask and be one with money energy

Amplify your feelings of lightness when it comes to money and observe money rushing into your life.

When your money story does not depend on any other money 'truths' from your environment, that's when you become a Money Maestro. Don't become a follower when it come to what you believe about money - practise Stubborn Confidence when creating your money story and watch how others will be inspired by your empowering relationship with money.

4. Identify Your Money Feelings - Keep identifying how you feel in every money scenario, especially when money leaves you, or when you see someone else receiving money. Be honest with how you feel, because your feelings are the truest indication of your money story. Brushing these feelings off and replacing them with a 'positive' attitude will not solve the problem. Identify these feelings so you know what your current money story is, and only THEN, shift them to a more empowering feeling through a better association with money experiences.

5. Identify Your Money Fears - Deal with your money fears as soon as they creep up - this could be daily, or even every minute of the day. Once you see this fear, immediately speak to it and silence it. Your voice of knowing that money is on your side and that money wants to support you should drown out any voice of fear saying that money is a far-away, difficult thing for you to realise. The more often you do this, the quicker this will become a habit, and soon, even your auto-pilot beliefs about money will be light and easy ones.

   
   

Speak to money everyday, and speak good, powerful, happy, light words. Remind yourself about your power to create a money story, anyway you'd like it to be - and since you're creating, why not create BIG?

Let more good thoughts about money fill you up so you can become one with the energy of money. The key is to practise this, until it becomes a habit.

• Always remember to check in with how you feel about doing any money work. If looking at your Money Blueprint everyday helps you, then do it. If that doesn't feel light and easy, move on to something that does. YOUR relationship with money is all about YOU and money. So listen to your feelings, ditch whatever doesn't feel right and do what feels light - trust that you will be right.

• Remember what you've learnt, especially in your power to create a new, more empowering money story. Your past, painful money story need not be told anymore.

• Focus on progress - Nothing else matters in your relationship with money besides you and money. Ditch the fear, ditch the blame game - it's not important anymore to continue revisiting why you struggled with money in the past. You are more powerful now - so use that power to move on to creating a money story you can enjoy.

• Never stop asking for more - now that you know of your role in this relationship with money, continue asking for more. If the amount you're asking for feels tight to you, then revisit your goals, or ask in a more general manner. There is no right or wrong in this work you're doing with money.
