The course has recently been hit with low ratings over subsequent days making reference to finding the course boring. This has prompted me to add a further lecture into the course - Lecture 13, "Mindfulness is Boring". Some people find mindfulness practice boring. Mindfulness enables you to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment, rather than desperately seeking external stimulation. An awarenness of bordeom is a good first step to positively give a deeper awareness of your inner world.
