They lose contact with their true self, because of all these strings, pulling them apart from their life purpose, values, wishes, and their truth. With this Mindfulness course, you'll learn to get closer and stay closer to your authentic self, so that you experience less influence from all the hustle and bustle around you. Course content - Mindfulness
The Mindfulness course helps you to get to know yourself better and to live in the here and now. By not letting yourself live because of worries about work, personal problems, or other people around you, you become more relaxed in life and there is room for what you really want.
This course consists of several components:
Friendship
You explore the word "friendship." What is actually meant by this? When is someone a friend? And are you a friend to yourself?
The eternal should
You’ll delve into one of today's most heard complaints: we "should and must" do so much. You learn where this "should and must" comes from, and what you can do with it to feel less pressure and less overwhelmed.
Responsibilities and obligations
Nowadays, everyone has a large number of responsibilities and obligations, and they can weigh heavily. You’ll learn what responsibilities and obligations are, and why we experience them as so heavy.
Belief Systems
Many of our "shoulds" are based on our own personal belief system, our mindset. You’ll investigate your own beliefs in various areas of your life, and you learn how to question those beliefs.

Now that you know where all the pressure and haste comes from, you go back to the source. Where does all this come from, and do we really have to comply to our shoulds, does it all "really" have to be done?
Joy and satisfaction
You’ll become acquainted with the happy side of life, with joy and satisfaction. When are we happy, when do we feel satisfied? And when do you experience joy or satisfaction?
True happiness
You look for the "true happiness" from within, from the depths of your heart. What is this, and how can you find happiness in your own life?
Our true nature
Our nature is something we have to live with. You’ll learn what the true nature of mankind is and how you can use it to your own advantage.

Now you know enough to bring about a change in your own life. It's time for a change! You learn how you can approach this change in a practical way.

Finally, you’ll write a personal statement, to conclude and to serve as inspiration in your own life.
