Choosing food can be fraught with complicated thoughts and anxieties these days. Let's take a look into how you choose the food you eat.
In this practical exercise you will identify what you are considering when choosing food and what you would like to consider going forward. You may be surprised as to what is actually going on in your head when choosing food!

It's really important to learn to differentiate between body hunger and mind hunger and seperate these two very different hungers. Here you will discover somethings you didn't know before about your eating habits!
What are the issues with eating driven by the mind instaed of the body? We look at this here...
We look at the steps that we go through when we are eating driven by the mind and how it makes us feel when we do it.
Use this printable checklist to ask yourself some super important questions regarding mind hunger. Keep this list somewhere that you would usually eat when you are NOT hungry (maybe in front of the TV, the car, at your dest etc...)

This course can be taken lecture by lecture or section by section over the course of a few hours or (as recommended) over the period of a few weeks (this will allow you to implement the new ways of eating into your life & get the best results from the course and the accompanying eating and mindfulness exercises).
