The 12 Universal Laws
There are various interpretations of the 12 universal spiritual laws, but some common themes among them include:
The Law of Oneness: Everything is interconnected and part of a larger whole.
The Law of Vibration: Everything in the universe vibrates at a unique frequency and can be measured by its vibration.
The Law of Action: In order to manifest what we desire, we must take action towards our goals.
The Law of Correspondence: Our outer world reflects our inner world.
The Law of Cause and Effect: Every action has a consequence, and we are responsible for the results of our actions.
The Law of Compensation: We are rewarded for our efforts, either positively or negatively.
The Law of Attraction: We attract into our lives what we focus on and feel strongly about.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy: Energy is constantly changing and transforming.
The Law of Relativity: Everything is relative, and our perspective determines our reality.
The Law of Polarity: Everything has an opposite and dual nature.
The Law of Rhythm: Everything moves in cycles and patterns.
The Law of Gender: Everything has a masculine and feminine aspect, and all creation involves a balance of these energies.
To live by these laws, you can try to be aware of them and strive to live in harmony with them in your daily life. This may involve cultivating a positive mindset, being mindful of your thoughts and actions, and seeking to understand the interconnectedness of all things.
Pick one a day and consider what it means to you and how you can incorporate the teachings into your life.
What Is Manifestation?
Are you interested in changing your life? Unsure what manifestation is? These are questions that come up a lot for those who are investigating personal growth or how to change their lives.
To manifest something is to create it using your thoughts and beliefs. How is this even possible, though? First, it helps to understand how our thoughts and ideas influence us. When you believe or value something, it changes how you see the world, how you perceive others, and how open you are to receiving opportunities and possibilities the world may have to offer.
Everything you experience in this world is filtered through your mindset. The dominant beliefs and values you have will determine if you see an experience as positive or negative, as a possibility or a problem, as something that can help you or something that just gets in your way. When you learn to harness these powers, through manifestation, you can focus your beliefs and thoughts to help bring about the opportunities that will get you where you want to be.
The world is a reflection of you. It reflects your beliefs, actions, decisions, and energy. And, whatever you send out into the world will be reflected to you in new and sometimes unexpected ways. When you believe, for example, that you are worthy of love from someone who honors and respects you, you start expecting different things from potential partners and are willing to compromise less for your happiness.
Who you are affects how you act, which dictates what you achieve. Embodying the person you want to become means thinking, feeling, and acting like the person who has already achieved their dreams. This commitment helps you do what needs to be done to have the things you most desire. If I act as if I have a fulfilling job, I start making decisions that guide me to a dream position, and I soon have what I most want in the world, which is a better job.
So, manifestation is learning to transform your life by believing in yourself, creating the conditions that allow you to achieve, and being open to possibilities and opportunities that help you realize your goals. When you do these things, the universe answers by sending back the things you need to achieve what you most desire.
This process is not just wishful or positive thinking. It does require action. It means you must set clear goals for yourself, know what you want, remain focused on that, and transform beliefs that may be limiting your success. When you embrace the power of manifestation, you can achieve powerful things and realize important, lifelong dreams. And you can connect with yourself in a deep and meaningful way.
But, when you do these things, you are consciously creating your life and choosing who you are becoming. You are influencing your decisions and options with your outlook and values. You are co-creating your life.
Journal it: What does manifesting mean to you?
•What are your first impressions?
•What do you think that this means to you and your life?
•What are you excited to manifest in your life?
•Focus on what you desire by getting excited about it!
The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. If you want to succeed and live your dreams, you can use the Law of Attraction to help manifest your desires. The Law of Attraction helps the universe bring you fulfillment and makes your dreams come true.
All dreams begin as your thoughts. What your mind wants becomes what your spirit dreams. When you take action for your thoughts, the universe knows what you desire and how you see yourself living your dreams. Your thoughts and actions help the universe to grant you the blessings of your dreams.
Because the Law of Attraction is like to like, you need to focus your thoughts and dreams on what you truly desire. Doubt, fear, and worry will only attract those issues back to you.
Instead, you can use the Law of attraction purposefully for good by:
• Making Your Thoughts and Dreams Clear
• Taking Action
• Being Positive
• Using Your Time Wisely
Journal it: What does the law of attraction mean to you?
•First impressions
•What does it mean to you?
•What do you believe about your ability to attract what you want?
•How would it feel it be able to attract what you desire?
Creating the life you desire
Whether you know it or want to admit it, you are already consciously creating your life. You manifest your reality every single day.
You allow your worries, beliefs, and scripts to shield you from seeing valuable opportunities, and you “see” exactly what your brain tells you.
But what if you could learn to control these consciously? To actively create the life you want?
Manifestation is the ability to think something into existence. Sounds crazy, right? But it is not. It is real, and it happens every day.
And once you learn the power of this process, you, too, can learn to achieve your goals and bring your dreams into reality. All you have to do is understand how it works.
This short course and adventure is a kick-start which will enable you to explore the power and process of manifestation
Are you ready to achieve your desires? Then, let’s get started!
Manifesting is about what?
You have already had an overview in the welcome video and I hope that you have given it some thought.
So many people think it is about having things:
New clothes
A car
A partner
A house
And in a way it is.
We want stuff, I know I do. But I do not want stuff for the sake of it, I want to feel a certain way when I get what I want.
And.
I want to learn about me on the way.
The most important things in life for me are that I remember to:
Love and appreciate me
Stay happy to be me
Maintain balance and my inner peace
Be the CEO of my life
Do no harm to others - always do things for the highest good of all
Consider the impact my actions have on myself and the wider world
And make sure my dogs are happy and safe
So, when I am in alignment with my desires, know that they are for my highest good and I take daily action towards them, I know that I am manifesting for the good of all.
What do you want?
We will look at what you want later. Just for now think about what you want and how it will make you and the people around you feel when you get it.
***
Let's say you want a new job.
I was once in a position where a contract had gone horribly wrong and I was owed thousands. My partner was unemployed and not in a good place mentally.
I wanted to be paid, but realistically that was not going to happen and the energy of suing someone with everything going on was too much for me.
I decided that I wanted a job and out of the two of us, I was more likely to get one. But it couldn't be any old job, it had to be inspiring and fulfilling - yeah I know right...
I started off by just thinking about what kind of job I would like and how that would make me feel. I considered how that would change the energy at home and how all of that would impact his family and how I showed up in the world.
Then I followed the rest of the process and I got a great job.
Over to you.
Journal it: What do you want and how will you feel when you get it?
Being Happy
Being happy to be you has to start with self-acceptance, something that's often the missing piece for those of us who dislike so much about ourselves and our lives. The bad pixie in your head whispers I'm not pretty enough, thin enough, tall enough - I'm simply not enough! Our beautiful bodies and minds that work so hard to keep us alive, get a pretty rough ride.
Being happy to me be includes a massive dollop of self-love and feeling confident in who you are.
How can you find your happy to be me factor?
The question is, how can you be happy and find your happy to be me factor? Is there a magical formula, a pill you can take or a special drink that perks you up?
First become your best friend and cheerleader.
Next, you have to choose to be happy. That might seem hard.
Next time something naffs you off, notice what it is doing to your body. What is happening to your breathing, your stomach or maybe your shoulders. Every cell in your body is hearing and feeling this.
Acknowledge it, feel it and swear if it makes you feel better and then choose to smile and feel happy to be you - because you can.
Next time someone says oh you look great and you've put on weight and all of the nonsense they may follow it with so that it doesn't sound bad. Choose to be happy to be you.
Happy to be me formula
I have a formula. This is the short version you can quickly practice. You can also use this in your journaling.
Accept
Honour
Respect
Love
When something happens to throw you off course. Stop, put your hands on your heart, take a few deep breathes and say...
I accept, honour, respect and love myself.
Then say...
I am happy to be me.
Journal it: Think of something that made you feel unhappy in the last few days. Explore it and when you have finished write
I accept, honour, respect and love myself.
Then write...
I am happy to be me.
Timelines and turning points
The timelines and turning points exercise is a perfect place to begin the journey to uncovering the memories in your root chakra. We use timelines and turning points to help us examine the past. We are looking for clues and connection to possibilities and opportunities that might not otherwise seem obvious. Timelines help us to discover locked away thoughts, memories, skills, talents, and experiences, which go to make up your stories. Their value comes from observing and reflecting on what has been captured on your visual storyboard. When you stand back and observe your life, you will gain a lot of clarity. You also need to be prepared to keep walking away to reflect, coming back and trying to see what is missing or what needs moving around. You are looking for patterns, connections, and themes.
Why timelines are so powerful
Timelines are powerful because they are a storyboard, a pictorial representation and humans see things in patterns. It really is as simple as that. The powerful part comes in taking time to stand back and reflect. To let your unconscious mind go into flow and make the connections. When you do this using visually using colour, your story comes alive. Even if you are a person who says I am a logical left-brainer, let me stop you. You have two sides of your brain and regardless of how you want to pigeon hole yourself as a 'list kind of person', your brain will do what it wants, and it will use all of its processing power, right side – the big picture, left side - detail and connections.
This exercise will enable you to uncover the book of your life, so hold that in your intention.
Action it: Do a timeline and reflect
Manage your energy
How you look after your energy is vital to the process. That not only means your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, it means hydration, nourishment, sleep and self-love.
When you start to connect to the vibrations around you and take note of the messages you receive, you will find that more things make sense. That’s your intuition, your heart and gut telling you what you need to know. Yes, the funny voices in your head have meaning and no you are not going nuts. How long have you lived not listening to the voices in your head or the flutter in your tummy? They come for a reason, and now more than ever it is vital to tune in and have faith.
When you are not listening and managing your energy, your body, for example, has many blunt ways of communicating with you. It starts off whispering and when you don’t listen, clobbers you quite violently. It says ‘tough you didn’t listen, so have this, bosh!’
I work with my chakras (see resources) to help me to balance and manage my energy. You do not need to learn all about them. In this module it is more that you know where they are so that you can visualise, sense or feel them back into balance.
Tune into your body
Tune in with yourself over the next three days to discover what clues are being left for you.
One of my favourite ways to tune into my body is to use my hands. Hands are like tuning forks that help you to connect and gather information. You place your hands on a chakra (see the resources) and allow whatever needs to come into your mind to do so. Never judge, just allow. You can ask questions while there, such as, what would you like me to know?
Just become aware of what you pick up. You may get clues later. Pop what you get in your journal.
The other important thing to say is that let’s imagine we are working on the root chakra and you get a message that is heart-related you could dismiss it because roots aren’t hearts. Consider that what has happened at the root chakra has impacted your, for example, ability to love yourself. Everything is connected, and even if the connections aren’t immediately apparent, they will come, most likely when you are walking, meditating or journaling.
You can tune in to discover what clues are being left for you in many ways:
Daily journaling
Breathwork and meditation
What colours are you drawn to the day, what is this saying to you?
What emotions do you feel as you start your day, and what about at the end?
How do you feel as you move through your day?
What else do you notice?
Tune into your energy peaks and troughs, what is this telling you?
Journal it: Write in your journal anything that comes up that is connected with your energy.
Action it: Every day imagine roots growing from your feet going into Mother Earth. Breath up the energy of Mother Earth into each chakra and say I am balanced and I am healthy as you imagine each one becoming balanced.
Meet your chakras
In this lecture, you will be meeting your energy centres for the first time.
Our body contains many energy centres, they are in healing circles more commonly known as chakras. In Sanskrit chakra means wheel so you could imagine them to be spinning wheels or vortexes of energy. I like to refer to our vortexes of energy as simply energy centres. Just as you have memories stored in your brain, your energy centres are mini data hubs where everything that has happened to you is stored. Each centre houses specific experiences, and these experiences are unique to you. How cool is that to have your own mini you library stored in areas of your body?
Just as we have a physical body, these energy centres can be likened to our spiritual body. Each centre is associated with a different set of organs and systems. They are also connected to the endocrine and nervous system. Each one acts like a window to the soul and will feed information back to you about the state of your health and how balanced you are. They contain your life and body codes. The health and energetic vibration of each centre is influenced by the energies that surround you and the energy you project from your thoughts, feelings and emotions. This shows up in how you feel and experience life.
Action: Get used to putting your hands on each one and seeing, sensing or feeling what needs to be known. Record this in your journal.
Journal for the journey
Whenever I start something new I get a new journal. I find it quite motivational. You can use it for:
Planning
Dreaming
Ideas
Creativity
Observations
Notes
As well as your day to day stuff and reflective practice
ACTION: Get a journal/s and record your manifesting magic adventure in it
Setting your intention for success
You want to set an intention so that you let your unconscious mind know that you are serious about this stuff.
Grab a cuppa, relax and allow yourself to dream.
Your life will change based on how you approach this journey.
Remember it's not about having stuff, it's who you become on the way to getting what you want.
On the first page of your journal write a short intention note to the Universe.
In the video I show you a powerful way to set the intentions for a new journal. Have a go it is lots of fun.
Your intentions
Dear Universe,
My intention for this short journey is...
All my love [your name]
Sign and date the page. Say your intention(s) out loud.
These are the intentions from the video:
I am open to discovering all that I am on the way to getting what I want
I am fully open to receiving all of the abundance that the Universe has to offer me
I am an open channel for spirit to work with me for the highest good of all
If you have white sage you could also cleanse your journal.
And as a bonus write yourself a cheque...
Declutter
I believe that we can use letting go to create change, which means if we can get rid of the toxins in our life, it can help us to heal, improve communications and find that all-important inner peace. Letting go also creates space for something more beautiful to enter your life.
There is so much that we can let go of to create space, better energy and a healthier life. What about letting go of the rubbish that your body doesn’t need, getting rid of people in our life and getting rid of other rubbish in your home and environment?
Lots of clutter in your home and surrounding environment will drag you and your energy down. I can’t stand seeing piles of stuff everywhere, and I hate a messy desk. However, I know it’s easy to let things pile up around the house, especially during the week when you’re tired after work. If too much clutter in your home creates a block in the flow in energy, then it makes sense to declutter. Get rid of everything that doesn’t add value to your home and life. Take your time and tackle a room at a time. If you were to look around your house, what stuff could you give to charity? Or what stuff could you sell on eBay?
Support your life by making your home a place where you feel safe, secure, balanced and harmonious and most of all, a place where your heart is. And of course, feeling grateful and full of appreciation for everything your home provides for you.
What about who is in your life that are not good people for you? I know it’s difficult to get rid of people from your life but think about how you can spend more time with the people that nourish you. We talk reason season, lifetime people. Who is in your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime? Who are those people that you want to hold on to, and the people that you don’t want because they’re toxic?
Letting go doesn’t mean just dumping stuff or washing your hands of something or someone, it means forgiving and letting go of your attachment to something or someone so that you can release them, and heal yourself.
Start a declutter project this week
Removing toxins from your body
Eliminating toxic people from your life
Getting rid of other rubbish and decluttering
Decluttering makes space for manifesting what you want.
Journal it: In your journal, make a list of everything you can declutter. Pace yourself and do it a bit at a time.
Forgive and let go
Forgive means to let go. It doesn’t mean to forget or to condone your actions or the actions of others. It is a powerful opportunity to declutter your stuff and let go of the past. It means that you can open a space to the beautiful soul that resides within you. In the shadow of not forgiving lies fear, guilt and shame. In the light is inner peace and contentment.
We all have blocks (things that get in the way or you resist), things and people to let go of. No matter how much life decluttering that you have done, something will pop up. This is a great opportunity to make a list of all of the things that get in the way of getting what you want. And to do this on a regular basis. You could list these things in the categories of your life areas. This will prove interesting as it could point a particular period that you may have found challenging. Steps in decluttering are:
Make a list of the things you perceive need letting go of, no matter how big or small
Affirm that you are ready to let go of what does not serve you
Notice what memories come up and what they teach you - what are the messages - the key is not to dwell, more to acknowledge and get ready to forgive and let go
Then forgive them with Ho’oponopono – to make right. Which is made up of four seemingly simple statements:
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you
The combination of remorse, forgiveness, gratitude and love is powerful. The power is in the feeling, the energy you release to the Universe, remembering that like energy attracts like energy. You can say these in any order - so don’t worry that you have to memorise them. You do not have to complete the whole list in one go. Choose what feels right and do these. Notice what comes up for you, write and release in your journal.
Journal it: Make a list of what needs letting go. Then practise Ho’oponopono. You can, of course, tackle your list a bit at a time, coming back to the stuck bits when you are ready. Write a letter to forgiveness.
Clear your mind of negative energy
Understanding your current beliefs can help you identify those that could limit your success and keep you from manifesting what you most desire—work toward reconciling negative self-talk and learn to treat yourself with more kindness and fairness. You may find yourself going about your day in a bit of a funny mood and not noticing all of the great things around you – it happens. This is a wonderful time to stop and take a deep breath and turn around anything that is making you blue. Getting a handle on your current mindset, emotions, outlook, and values is an essential start to the manifestation process.
Journal it: Go through the worksheet, dive into your journal and explore
Your many brains and staying calm
There are three brains in the body that exists alongside the chakra system, the one in your head that you already know about, one at your heart and one at your gut. These three brains work together and communicate along another superhighway called the vagus nerve.
The name vagus comes from the Latin term for wandering. This is because the vagus nerve wanders from the brain into organs in the neck, chest, and abdomen. It therefore in case you haven’t guessed connects information in both the energetic and physical bodies.
This is why it is vital to nourish your body properly, heal your heart, embody self-love because the messages from here will influence the brain, the chemical messaging system, the neurotransmitters, your intuition, connection with spirit and how you make choices.
While you are waiting for things to manifest you can get a little anxious. So stop. Breathe. Connect.
Staying calm in the moment
Stop for a moment and put your hands either side of your neck and breathe. You are now calming down the vagus nerve. Do this any time you need a few moments to collect your thoughts.
The magic of gratitude
Gratitude is our way of saying thank for something we value, for blessings, miracles and unexpected gifts. It’s a feeling that emanates from the heart and therefore from a place of love. It helps you to spirit, divine inner wisdom and consciousness.
Every culture in the world has a word for thank you. It is often a word that we take for granted. Consider when you go for a meal, and the waiter or waitress places your food in front of you, I assume you would automatically say thank you. Just as you would if someone held a door open. What about when you receive a gift?
Gratitude to me is saying thank for our gifts. No matter where these come from. They could be innate gifts that you take for granted, the way that your body knows how to heal, the gifts from Mother Nature, gifts of kindness from friends and strangers, the gift of love from your dogs, a present for your birthday, and any gift that arrives unexpectedly.
Gratitude is a feeling that comes from the heart and reaches all parts of your body. Of course, it is also a choice, you can choose to be grateful for what you have, or you can take it for granted and assume you will always have it.
What do you notice about the way your life changes when you express gratitude for what you have? What do you notice about others? Can you even tell if someone practices gratitude? I think what I notice about others is that they seem to be humble, kind, generous, content and have an air of inner peace.
Gratitude is a feeling. Something you feel, as we said a feeling that comes from the heart and bathed in love. And it is also an attitude – a way of being where you do not take things for granted, and it shows up in the way that you are.
People who practice gratitude are often generous and the kind of people who do things like random acts of kindness without any expectation of getting something back.
Gratitude creates connections – within and with everything around you. It strengthens the bond you have with your mind, body, spirit and soul and with others that you meet. It creates a powerful energetic resonance.
Your gratitude journal
As you go about your day, engage your five senses as often as possible so that you become aware of the things you can feel grateful for and appreciate. Then take a moment to be present to each element as you notice it and become aware of your feelings. Also go deeper and fully understand what has been made available to you.
When you begin your gratitude practice recall what you have noticed during the day or week. When you are ready, write at least three things that you are grateful for stated in the present tense. They can be anything. State I am grateful for… For example:
I am grateful that it is safe to love me
I am grateful that I am surrounded by beautiful and loving friends and family
I am grateful for my healthy boundaries and kind heart
When it comes to gratitude, write anything from the mundane to the magnificent.
Remember to consider the source of your gratitude and appreciate the abundance that is coming into your life. Regular gratitude and appreciation will rev up your energy and help you to create a more loving and fulfilling life.
Journal it: Start your gratitude journal today.
Brainstorming your bucket list for the soul
At the start of each new journal (month, new moon), it’s a great idea to think about what you want. The things on your list can be anything, the point is for you to just scribble and to keep scribbling. These can be anything from new shoes, the windows painted, to a baby, a new job or change in business direction, better health, self-love, inner peace, or meeting your soul mate. Just get them all out. Why anything? Because often, what we desire has a deeper fundamental meaning. New shoes could be about self-esteem, new doors – safety, or a holiday – you need to unwind and escape from the day to day stress. Start with the mundane, move on the material and finish with the magical. Keep coming back and adding things in. This is great fun, and you will end up with all kinds of things on your list. If you are stuck for inspiration, take a look at the life areas in the next section.
Journal it: Work through the worksheet, dive into your journal and explore
Sorting your bucket list
Once you have your bucket list, formally write it into these columns - mundane, material and magical.
Next, mark up the life areas, where possible
Next, break the list down into the things you want to manifest in the next 90 days
Finally, add in your number one hearts desire
Later we will look at your 12-month plan
Where, who and what?
Where am I?
Put a stake in the ground and look around. This may seem very simple, but it is, in fact, very powerful and may bring up all kinds of feelings. You must look around you and take it all in. Simply acknowledge that this is where you find yourself. Describe where you find yourself. Consider how this feels. What do you see and what do you know about this place? I do this when I am feeling a bit lost, as well. This is a truly historic moment in your life, I wonder where you find yourself?
Who do you want to be?
This may look and feel like a difficult question, but it isn’t really. It is iterative because every time you go through personal transformation, you find out a bit more about you.
What do you want to create?
Creation is about envisioning. Shortly you will be writing about your perfect day. But first, kick start the process by asking the question, what do I want to create? Often if you can’t see it, you can’t create it. Think about how it will make you feel when you have what you want. The Universe will respond to the energy of what you put out. This is a question I ask all of my clients when we start working together because it gives me an idea of what is in their hearts, and it starts them wondering what is possible for them. I want to create a community of writers and journalers who use writing and energy work to discover what they want, who they want to be, heal, find meaning and purpose and go on to inspire others to know what is possible in the world.

Envisioning
Connect to your heart, while thinking about what you want to create in the world, review your bucket list, life areas, your big life goal, dream or desire, other goals and who you want to become, and then write about your perfect day. This is an imaginary day, sometime in the future, where you have everything you want. You’ve achieved every desire you could ever have; you live exactly where you want, and with the person or people, you want to be with and have everything you want. Write it as if it were already true and here. Remember to date it and say thank you. Have fun.
Your unconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination if they are both fueled by an emotional response, so it’s important to fully engage with the sights, smells, tastes, sounds and the feel of the situation you are imagining because reality involves all the senses.
And, once you set out a clear description of your perfect day, and focus on it often, your unconscious mind will do everything it can to balance out the reality it sees with the reality it has been shown. Once you have the story of your perfect day set in stone by bringing it to mind often. You will soon be able to recall the story at will.

Get clear about what you want
The Universe loves you to specific, so be clear about what you want.
You have your bucket list thing that you are working on for now. You have your vision. Both need clarity.
Without a clear outcome, manifestation will feel like a lot of wasted effort. You need to know precisely what it is you want, including what that outcome will do to benefit your life once it is achieved.
The universe is always listening, and it wants to support you in achieving your dreams. Get really clear on what it is you are asking for, down to the smallest details. The universe responds to clarity and will deliver the things that you want with greater ease when you have a crystal-clear vision of what you’re calling in.
First of all be careful what you wish for. As in the above example if you want a partner, keep it simple and ask for someone for both your highest goods, instead of a person specification.
If it is a job or something else, get very specific.
You will know the level of detail you need to get into for what it is you want.
Get clear and envision it. Remember though to let it go too...
Get clear by journaling what you want
List the attributes of each of the things you are trying to manifest, being sure to focus on what is positive and desired about each. The more specific you are about what you want, the more likely you are able to manifest something that matches your desires.
So, instead of saying, I want a new partner, you might say, I want a person in my life that accepts me for who I am now and becoming, who respects and loves me and who is for my highest good.
Another vital component about achieving this clarity is that it gives you permission to change your mind in the future.
Yes, you may want that new partner today, but if things change, you might want to reframe what you want. That does not mean you failed to manifest it. It just means your needs changed. Give yourself permission in writing, be specific of what the permission is and what it is for.
It may be that you are not getting what you want because you were not very clear.
Journal it: Journal it out and then bring the vision to mind, making it bigger, brighter and bolder.
Affirmations
Affirmations are things that you affirm to be true, in other words, positive statements. These statements describe something positive that you want to achieve. They are usually short sentences and are something that you can easily repeat during the day. What they do is to tell your unconscious mind that something is real. Your unconscious mind will see these positive statements, and it will be triggered into action. Try this – I have a beautiful smile. With any luck, you immediately smiled and forgot that perhaps you didn’t like your teeth, for example. It’s that simple and so infectious.
When you repeat affirmations, your mind finds these motivating and inspiring and trots off to obey you. Like the excellent computer that it is, it will embed these programs into its every day ‘you’ code, and it becomes true.

Inspiration and joy
How does what you want and desire inspire you to be a better person, and does it bring you joy? Are you asking for these things because others want them or do you think that you should desire them?
Today is all about taking moment to do a heart and ask does this inspire me and bring me joy?
Without a vision, there is no direction.
How do you make your vision happen?
Where are you now and where do you want to be?
On what is your vision-based? Myth or reality?
Is your vision aligned with who you are, your values and mission?
A vision is a picture of what you want in the future, which you use to inspire your actions, and which use as a framework for the quest ahead. It helps you to articulate your dreams and hopes and see the way forward. It is a call to take us where we want to go. It is your what and why. Which you write it as if it were already true.
It is a declaration of where you want to be at some point. It belongs to you and sounds easy to do, but for some takes years of trial and error to discover. For others, they have a very clear image of what they want to achieve in all areas of their lives.
It encompasses your emotional and spiritual aspirations, representing a view of the future – your future. The difficulty is that we do not have full control of the future. A vision can often creep from being something that is galvanising and motivational to an aspirational picture that is sketchy, and you have no idea of how to achieve it. Through your vision, you achieve your goals, desires or intentions and manifest magic. The challenge is to identify how to convert it into reality.
Envisioning what you want
In this simple exercise, review these compelling questions. You will find it helpful to do this with your journal.
Who am I am, and what do I want to be known for?
Remind yourself what came up in who do I want to be? It is for you to reflect upon so that you are in the right frame of mind for how you show up for the adventure ahead.
What do you want to create?
Creation is about envisioning. Often if you can’t see it, you can’t create it or manifest it. You may have already created some of what you want to create, but you might not have realised it.
Other questions might include:
What are the greatest things you could accomplish, given the right circumstances, inspiration, support, resources and motivation?
When you die, what would you want people to say and remember about you?
What kind of life do you want to have lived at age 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80?
What kinds of people do you want to be surrounded by and who do you want to have a relationship with?
What could you contribute to the world that would make you feel proud and content?
Journal it: Write about your perfect day. This is an imaginary day, sometime in the future, where you have everything you want. You’ve achieved every desire you could ever have; you live exactly where you want, and with the person or people, you want to be with.
And finally, remember to go wild and big with your vision.
Vision board mandala
Mandalas help you to make sense of your inner life, which become outer manifestations. They are the perfect magical vision boards, a place where the divine inner meets the expansive outer reality.
At the heart lies the heart. Around the outside your vision or perfect day. In the petals words that hold meaning for you. The rest is where your soul will lead you.
For me, it’s not about manifesting material things. It's more about experiences and it's about becoming who I came here to be and what I learn about myself along the way.
If you wanted to take this further you could redraw this on a canvas add loads of words, images and paint your heart out.
Colour your vision
Print out your mandala
Set your intention
Write your vision around the mandala
In each of the central petals write a word this is a part of your vision
Colour in the mandala
Journal what comes up
Plant your perfect day
This is a great opportunity to reflect on your perfect day and plant it somewhere to grow
Ask what you can say yes to?
When you see the world through new eyes, ask yourself, what can I say yes to today? Remember the Universe is listening to you all the time and is ready to respond to your energy. What is it about your desires that inspires you enough that you want to say yes, and you want the Universe to say yes too as well?
What is on your YES list?
Saying yes exercise
Use affirmations to connect your yes to the energy of the Universe
Pick an I am affirmation that connects you to your desires, write and say it to yourself all day.
I am open to give and receive love
I love and accept myself
I forgive myself and others
I am fully open to love
What else could you add to this I am list? What about these affirmations:
I am a super creator, creating my best self feels good
It’s good to feel good, and I feel good
I trust that everything is working out for me and that feels great
When you are practicing manifesting magic, remember that you are responsible for how you feel and the feelings you experience. Keep focusing your energy on the best outcome. Affirmations help you to remain calm and connected to your breath and heart. Choose how you want to feel.
Make your YES list
Write a list of what you will say yes to. When you get asked if you will do something or go somewhere, say yes to stuff with a smile. You may be pleasantly surprised at how much fun you have.
I am worthy
Manifesting is not all about unicorns and fairies, it is and can be hard work, especially when it comes to how you feel about yourself and your value.
Self-worth is the value we put upon ourselves, or how we see our own value. This is a massive subject and we can only scratch the surface. But it is worth asking the question, because this might be what stands in your way.
When we communicate to the Universe that we believe that we don't deserve to receive then that's what we will get - nada.
You have nothing to prove to anyone. You are completely worthy of having what you want. Remember to affirm this often.
Ok...
Affirmations are great, and you will do some, but you may need more than that. In fact, you probably will. Starting with affirmations does help.
Remember we talked about our energy? Managing and balancing your energy and writing in your journal also help.
Most of all...
You need to consistently work on peeling back the layers, learning to love you and raising your value vibration.
I am worthy every day affirmations
Write a daily affirmation, say while in the shower, on the bus, driving somewhere – just keep saying it and you will rewire your brain.
I am worthy of receiving all of the abundance that the Universe has to offer me.
Love me love notes
What I find helps me is to keep post it notes in the kitchen and bathroom and write little love notes to me. I feel fab when I find them (not sure how I could have forgotten I wrote them) and they help reinforce a positive self image and love.
Journal it: Explore what comes up in your journal
Why am I so valuable?
Why am I so lovable?
Why do I deserve all that the Universe has to offer me?
What do I learn about me?
What are you resisting?
Psychologist Carl Jung suggested that “what you resist not only persists, but will grow in size.” Which is abbreviated to “what you resist persists,” and “You always get what you resist.”
Which means that if you put stuff in your way you will not get what you want to manifest.
You might notice yourself saying things like:
Why is this happening to me?
This shouldn't be happening
Why can't I get what I want?
It can seem like life is full of things designed to push your buttons. From day to day challenges, relationships, career, health or finances, through to tiny irritations.
You might feel completely justified in being upset about what's going on. And the cycle of things going wrong, and you being upset, continues until you stop resisting, decide to accept and make a different choice about how you feel.
Choose how you want to feel.
In terms of manifestation, resistance is the inner conflict that holds you back from achieving your desires. Often it’s a belief or thought that is in conflict with what you think you want. It will be something deep inside that says…
“I don’t really want this.”
Or…
“This goal is impossible for me to achieve.”
It’s often through the manifestation process itself that you discover this inner conflict, because it could now raise it's ugly head.
Something that might be causing resistance between you and your desires is a feeling of desperation… Desperation attracts more desperation.
You may have conflicting beliefs about your manifestations. Does your heart say one thing but your head says something else?
So what can you do?
Letting go of resistance exercise
Stop asking
Move from the asking stage to the receiving stage. Write and say I am open to receiving the all of the abundance that the Universe has to offer me.
Feel as if
Although I am going to say forget what you want to manifest, I would like to invite you to feel as if it’s already in your life. How will you feel when you have what you want? Relaxed, excited, healthy, wealthy, healed and happy? Actively tune into these feelings as often as you can and let them become part of your energy.
Forget about it
Review and check that your bucket list and vision are still true for you. The best thing you can do is to ask, let go and then be in complete trust it will come to you. By doing this you no longer try to control the outcome. You give the responsibility to the higher powers and trust that it is done. If you forget what you exactly you’ve asked for you can't stand in the way of it coming to you, can you?
You still have to take action
You still have to take action. You just have to stop mithering about it and you need to notice what you are resisting and why.
Journal it: Explore what comes up in your journal, check that your bucket list and vision are still true for you and ask - what do I learn about me?
Develop an action plan and take small daily steps
When you work on manifesting something, you are co-creating your reality. And the more focus you give toward something, the more likely you are to receive what you want. Create an action plan that breaks down what you need to do to realise your dreams
Be inspired by others and look to them for guidance if you are unsure of what actions would help you realise your dreams. The important thing is to commit to doing something daily. And the more you act, the more motivated you will be to manifest what you want in life.

Manage your energy
How you look after your energy is vital to the process. That not only means your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, it also means things like hydration, nourishment, sleep, healthy boundaries, staying grounded and centred. When you are in flow, you are better able to connect to your intuition.
When you start to connect to the vibrations around you and take note of the messages you receive, you will find that more things make sense. That’s your intuition, your heart and gut telling you what you need to know. Yes, the funny voices in your head have meaning, and no you are not going bonkers. How long have you lived not listening to the voices in your head or the flutter in your tummy? They come for a reason, and now more than ever, it is vital to tune in and have faith.

Ask for a sign
The next question you might be asking is, how will I know I am on the right track? One of the things I do is ask for a sign. This is great fun, and you have to remember to ask and then surrender the outcome. Getting no sign is just as important as getting a sign.
I asked for a sign for a new program, and in my head, I saw a serpent, not just your average-sized snake, but a large unusual serpent. It felt impossible. I did see snakes in a book that I was reading, but I knew that this was not it. I was getting a little anxious, and a voice said let it go, so I did. A few days later, I opened Facebook, and the first thing I saw was a post from a friend who was holding a massive albino boa constrictor - yikes.
My sign for writing and books is a penguin.
You see signs come in the strangest of ways. I also get songs, numbers, smells, and things in books jump out at me. Connect to your heart, ask, let the energy go, practice gratitude, believe in magic, be patient, and you will get your answer.
Ask for a sign exercise
Instead of waiting for odd signs that might not make any sense, ask instead. Before you ask for a sign, be sure to affirm that you believe in magic.
When I ask for a sign, I usually write a question in my journal, stop to breathe and calm myself down, ask for the sign and whatever pops into my head I make a note in my journal. Then I wait.
VAK
Information about the external world reaches us via our senses – what we see, hear, touch and sense. You might see this described as visual / auditory / auditory-digital / kinaesthetic.
What do you think your main way of getting information is?
Knowing this will help you to understand how signs and messages will come to you.
Journal it: Ask your question. Record the sign. Let go and wait to see what turns up.
If nothing turns up reframe your question and re-look at what you are asking for.
Let go and trust the process
During your process of growth and change, you will experience setbacks. You can sometimes feel discouraged or frustrated about your progress. When this happens, that is when your attitude, beliefs, and choices matter the most. Trusting in the manifestation process, believing that everything you are doing is for the best, will ensure that you are on the right path, even when you experience setbacks. When you start to feel doubt, remind yourself that what you send out comes back to you. I get out my journal and declutter and let go. This is where I spend some time writing everything out of my system – the good, the not so good and all of the ideas that I have.
Now that you have got to this point, it’s time to let go of control. Trying to control the Universe is like trying to control the weather – it’s not possible. Put in the right ingredients and let go and let love. Go with the flow, baby!
In point 8, I shared with you the perfect day exercise. In point 5, I shared rituals for a new journal. In point 7, there were lots of questions to explore. Reflect on the questions, how do your answers make you feel? The Universe will respond to that energy.

Stop, breathe and reflect
Today you only have one task and that is to be kind to ONE other person for no other reason than you can.
And reflect in your journal. That's it.
Here is some things that you could do:
Take five pounds, dollars or euros, pop it in an envelope with a note and leave it somewhere you know someone who would really appreciate it will find it
Forward pay for a drink for the person behind you
Send a card of thanks to a friend
Do something today that feeds your soul.
How can you celebrate you every day?
Celebration is often neglected, so be different and be a celebration freak. Make time for a celebration.
Think about what you have created today? It could be the best peanut butter and jam sandwich, but equally, it could be something that you have done that has contributed to your goals or community.
How have you evolved today? What one small step have you taken towards your best self? Today I took the final step in celebration and took some time out to be in the now. I needed to recharge my batteries, and it was certainly a gift.
What have you learned today? I ask myself what life lesson have I learned today? My lesson in life today is - do not assume.
Sometimes you will try something, and it appears not to work. This can be utterly frustrating, and there will be times that you feel an abject failure. Nothing is further from the truth. Everything you do and experience is part of your learning journal and just because it didn’t work this time, with a few tweaks it could next time. It’s equally important to celebrate this rubbish stuff as well as the good stuff. Celebrate that you had a go.
To be able to celebrate you I believe that you must do this from a place of self-love. When you love yourself, you can achieve anything.
Celebration exercise
When you are in flow, you will certainly start to manifest magic. This is where practicing gratitude will change your life. Appreciate, and life's gifts will appreciate. Life, others, and the universe are always offering you help and guidance. There are many opportunities that come your way every day, but you must be willing to see them, acknowledge them, take advantage of them, and celebrate them with positivity.
The signs and possibilities that you get from the universe are a gift, placed there because you are ready to receive them. You must ensure that you are open and willing to accept them. And remember to show gratitude for all the blessings that you receive. Gifts come in many different forms, and it is all in how you view them whether you believe this is manifestation at work.
Journal it: List your gifts and all you are grateful for. Keep a list all of your successes at the back of your journal. Make a list of everything that you did well today, something that you learned and one way in which you evolved. Add this to your daily gratitude journaling.
In fact, do this every day.
And celebrate often.
Check-in with yourself
To manifest something, it takes time, energy, and focus. Checking in with yourself regularly, noticing limiting beliefs, changing your daily actions, and evaluating your progress can help you achieve your goals. Ask, are you sending out the kind of energy you want to attract? Are you managing your energy? Are your beliefs supporting your work or getting in your way? Are you paying attention to each of your choices? Are you giving of yourself in positive ways to others?
Also ask is what I have asked for in alignment with my highest good, and is it what I really want? If it isn’t then reframe what you want and ask for a sign, it might be the same, or it could be different and let go and trust again.

Keep clearing the stuff that stands in the way
As you go through the manifesting magic process, you will keep coming up against the stuff in your head. It’s okay, it’s normal. What you do now is to notice what comes up and work through clearing these patterns and habits.

Practice visualisation
Every accomplishment in history has started as a thought. Someone dreamt up something in their mind and then brought to reality. In a way – that is what visualisation is. Of course, there is more to visualisation than just having a single thought. Visualisation is when you think deeply and specifically about your goals – what is on your bucket list for your soul. You imagine how you will reach them. What it will feel like reaching them and what life will be like after you reach them. You do this regularly, and you do this often.
Visualisation isn’t pie in the sky mysticism either. High-level executives and athletes both use visualisation regularly. If you have any goals or dreams that you want to accomplish, then visualisation is a powerful tool you should not ignore.
There is a funny thing you may not know about your subconscious. Whether it is real or not, if you create a mental picture of something, your brain believes it to be true. When you plant new ideas into your mind using visualisation techniques and repeatedly show these images, your subconscious believes these to be your reality. It will then work hard to continue to create the conditions to make this reality stay constant. This is why visualisation works so well.

Do not give up
Nothing in life comes easy, but by following these steps and surrendering the outcome, you will get what you desire. Stay tuned in to your heart, keep your roots grounded in Mother Earth, stay connected to your heart (you are love) and continue to listen to the whispers of your soul. You are always on the right track and always able to manifest magic.
Do this process as often as you feel is necessary for you. I do it each quarter so that I can refocus on what I want, where I am going and I can celebrate how far I have grown.
Don’t sweat the small stuff
We have all heard that we shouldn’t sweat the small stuff. Letting yourself get stressed out over the little things in life is one of the biggest ways to bring unnecessary grief into your life’s path. You can avoid a lot of negative feelings, and even health problems, simply by learning not to let the little things get to you.
Daily mission
Stay focused on your daily mission. Do one thing every day towards what you want and keep at it.
If things are not going the way that you want, pause and reframe. You may not have asked correctly. You may have not been specific enough. The Universe may have decided that there is something else you needed first - did you notice and appreciate that?
Ask again
Ask again. Ask for the sign again. Do the steps. Relax.
Remember it is always who you become on the way to getting what you want. I bet you are a much wiser person today than you were yesterday. Celebrate your magnificence.
Journal it: What did you learn over the last 21 days?
Kickstart your manifesting magic today!
Join me for 21 days of manifesting magic
The world is a reflection of you. We are vibrational beings, and like attracts like. The way that I see manifestation is that it is the foundation from which you can build a life that you love. It starts within and radiates out. Where you can connect the pieces of who you are, how you are being, what you do, and why you do what you do. It’s where you bring into being everything you desire to make your life magical.
Manifestation can teach you some fantastic things, including the magic and joy of being more connected to your higher self and intuition, the value of alignment or how to enjoy the journey, and how to release old stories that no longer serve you. It can help you to create miracles in your life.

Bringing Manifesting magic to my customers has been on my mind for years. I have so much passion about teaching what I know, and I want you to find that place within you that has been calling to be seen for years.
