Lego® Activities for Training - Step Away from The Duck

If you’re a Trainer, Facilitator or Coach, and are looking to increase the creativity of your sessions, LEGO® is a great resource to use. Put LEGO® in front of people and they will instinctively will ‘play’ with it. There are no right or wrong answers making it a great resource to use in ‘building’ an answer.

In this course we’ll focus on how using LEGO® activities (often using a small amount of bricks) can give you 6 flexible activities which can be linked to:

  • Looking for common interests

  • Personality preferences

  • Paying attention to others
