The ‘Five Minutes to Mindfulness – Kids Yoga & Mindfulness program has been developed especially for kids, and the parents, teachers or caregivers who guide them. It offers a unique holistic and fun approach to kid’s mental health & wellness.

The program features modules covering:

1. Breathing/Pranayama for kids

2. Yoga postures/Asana for kids

3. Meditation for kids

4. Mindfulness for kids

5. Mantra & Affirmations for Kids

6. Mindful Values for Kids


The program offers a simple, yet effective drug free approach to kids physical, mental and emotional health based to on creative and playful, yet therapeutic strategies that are simple, fun and easy to implement into even the busiest of routines. This curriculum is proof that the therapeutic approach need neither be a chore nor a bore!

The goal of this program is to provide children and their families with simple and fun strategies for everyday yoga and mindfulness which focuses on the development of emotional wellbeing, and mental and physical health. The strategies are holistic in nature and are derived from natural, non-invasive approaches to health and wellness such as yoga and meditation, mindfulness, color therapy, creative visualization, breath work, and creative play and crafty activities for kids.


This program can help your child:

​Develop a strong sense of self awareness

Develop a positive self-image

Become emotionally self-aware.

Build skills in emotional regulation

Learn to respect his body, physical space and that of others.

Have awareness of his emotional boundaries, and those of others

Understand and celebrate diversity

Learn how to use his breath and body to manage difficult feelings and emotions

Build trust in relationships though group mindfulness exercises

Learn how to communicate effectively with others

Yoga and mindfulness practices are a gift that can help both children, and adults alike to relax, slow down, and turn inward. It shows us an example of how being at peace within, helps achieve a sense of peace with being in the world around us.

​I hope you are your child enjoy this program I have written for you. The the children pictured in the images, demonstration examples of yoga postures and breathing are my own two children. While we are not perfect at practicing yoga, and life together, we accept that it is a journey of learning, and that even through the tough times, we are growing stronger, and gaining a better sense of who we are together, and as individuals. I am Ashleigh Stewart, author, teacher and founder of The 'I Am' Abundance Academy TM, and am so happy our paths have finally crossed! I have a keen fascination with the body, mind and spirit connection, and have spent my entire life studying that and analysing the interaction of those three components of 'Self'. I am especially interested in how the interaction of the three components influence our physical life experience.

​I am in constant self analysis and reflection, while studying my own life, and observing the lives of others around me. I am fascinated in observing how we think, feel speak and act, affects our live, creating our life experience as a result.​

I have have studied many subjects academically in the areas of psychology, spirituality, spiritual psychotherapy and holistic medicine practices. I have a doctorate degree in Metaphysical Counselling, as well as being an experienced therapeutic yoga instructor CYA-E- RYT 250. Also, personal abilities that I have developed from a young age, which have proven to be useful in my professional work are my natural psychic ability, clairvoyance, spiritual healing, mediumship and reading the Tarot.​

I am author of two books on yoga & mindfulness, and emotional intelligence for children. As well, I have taught, and worked with kids and adults alike, in varying life circumstances, from eating disorders, anxiety and depression fertility challenges, to as far as cancer diagnosis.

I have witnessed time and time again through my work with others, the correlations between belief, human habitual behaviour, human emotion, the function of the mind, and our perception of the physical circumstances we are living.

​My goal in creating this website, the blog and The 'I Am' Abundance Academy TM is to, through writing, the wellness challenges, and courses and mentorship programs I have created for you, help you to understand the power you have to influence your life experience, by aligning with your true self, ultimately your Soul. I will help you harness your own potential by helping you rediscover your own power, and creative ability within, to learn to use it daily with focused, and deliberate intent.

​Life experience has proven to me that when you align the power of your body, mind and spirit, combined with an understanding of the Universal Laws, you can be, do and have anything you truly believe you can.

You are here now, born into this time and space for a reason. You were born to be the powerful creator that you are. Your spiritual growth, soul evolution and the expansion of consciousness depends on how aligned you are with the creative ability of your Soul. How you live, and the choices you make determine how you, and your Soul will grow and evolve as a result.​
