In this course, you will discover the timeless practice of Jewish Meditation with your instructor, Eyal Binyamin Karoutchi, a master meditator and lecturer with decades of knowledge and experience in Israel and the Far East.

This course offers the foundational building blocks to understanding meditation and the differences in Jewish meditation from other techniques such as mindfulness or Vipassana. You will learn how to develop a personal meditation practice and how to progress forward in that practice. You will also learn relaxation and breathing techniques that will help you to ease tension and stress.
