This course is designed after the upcoming book of the same title. It divides your sense of self into 10 different layers, working from the surface down to the core of what makes you "you."

This course is much more than merely descriptive (who you have been up to this point in your life), because you are literally filled with unrealized potential to explore and discover, and because a large potion of who you think you are has merely been a reaction to outside forces.

Parents, teachers, friends, and marketers have all sought to shape your thoughts, feelings and behaviors - even when they had no idea they were doing so. Do you approve of all the directions you've taken? Would you like to make any adjustments or additions now?
