For the first yoga class of the program we are focusing on bringing more presence in the body. Developing a deeper connection between body and mind through focusing on the breath and the sensations in the body as we move through a series of postures.
Physically throughout the session we will be inviting gentle movement to the body, releasing tension, stretching and activating the muscles of the hips, hamstrings and spine.
Mentally we will be focusing on letting go, releasing and clearing the mind through focus on the breath.
In our first hypnosis session we focus on developing a deeper connection with our bodies. As we tune into the needs of our body we are able to listen to our bodies and establish the difference between hunger, thirst and boredom. Increasing the desire to eat healthy nutritious foods and increasing our energy levels.

In this weeks class we work to clear the Solar Plexus chakra. We will be using yoga postures, breathing techniques and hand mudras to stimulate the digestive system and optimise the metabolic rate.
According to the science of yoga we have spinning wheel type energy vortex's in the body called chakras. We have many, many chakras in the body but the main 7 ones are along the spinal column and each one corresponds with an endocrine gland.
In physical anatomy the Solar Plexus Chakra corresponds with the endocrine gland of the pancreas. The pancreas plays a key part in digestion by producing enzymes which break down sugars, fats and starches.
According to yoga the Solar Plexus is responsible for optimum digestive functioning and keeping the digestive fire stimulated. It is said that if you struggle with digestive issues such as IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, acid reflux or regular stomach aches it is due to a blockage of negative energy in the Solar Plexus.
As well as the being responsible for digestive functioning the Solar Plexus also represents our individual power, self esteem and confidence. By balancing this chakra we will be ready to take on the world and step forward as our most confident, capable self.
In this weeks hypnotherapy session, Food is Fuel- Optimising the Metabolism, we again reaffirm the connection between body and mind. Visualising the digestive process to optimise digestion and improve metabolism. Ensuring everything is working to maximum levels of efficiency, increasing energy levels, lowering stress, improving the quality of sleep and increasing motivation to exercise.

In this weeks class we try Yin Yoga. In this style of yoga we hold our postures for a longer period of time. It works deep into the connective tissues, the bones and fascia, versus the stretching or strengthening of muscle during Hatha or Vinyasa 'Yang' type practices. Holding postures is not always a comfortable experience, and so this type of practice builds tolerance as we allow ourselves to be in, and eventually embrace, discomfort.
In this class we focus on the hips and activating, clearing and balancing the Sacral Chakra. The Sacral Chakra is "the seat" or the origin of our instinctual cravings, desires and habitual responses-and is intimately connected to emotional eating. Desires, impulses and cravings rule the Sacral Chakra.
Cultivating the skill of embracing our discomfort through Yin practice and bringing our Sacral Chakra into balance may prove particularly useful for those of us who experience a strong desire to binge eat or escape our emotions using food.
In this session we use suggestive hypnotherapy to stop binge eating, emotional eating and unconscious eating. Working with the subconscious mind to cultivate a mindful eating practice and removing old programming associated with eating past the point of fullness. Establishing a clear line of communication between the body and mind to only eat to the point that hunger is satisfied and not beyond.

There we are. In week 3 already! Time is flying past!
So, this week we're going to talk about restrictive diets, nourishment with intention, cravings and bingeing, hunger and take some steps towards freedom with food. This is such an important areas to start think about, in my opinion, before we start talking about the actual food next week.
This week's "mission of the week" is probably the most important one, and I really encourage you to do this one, even if it is the only one you will do while going through this course. I really believe that to start making a sustainable shift and to move towards a healthier space (if this is what we are after), we need to go scratch on the surface and ask ourselves a thing or two. In the next lesson, you'll find a pdf that is there to help you and guide you, with some questions in case you are stuck.

In this weeks class we work on the solar plexus in order to increase our levels of motivation and personal power. This is a strong class, we build strength holding postures such as plank pose, boat pose and downward dog. There are some deep twists which some people may find challenging so listen to your body and do what you can without judging your performance. The more you repeat these classes the easier they will become.

In this weeks hypnotherapy session we increase our motivation levels and prioritising time. Making your physical and mental health a top priority. Visualising success and clearing away any excuses you may have that prevent you from achieving this success. Releasing any past limiting beliefs which may be stopping you from stepping forward and causing issues such as procrastination. Reframing fear of failure and encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone. Recognising your personal power to create your reality and how you see yourself. Removing the negative opinions, actions or words spoken by others which may have negatively shaped the way you see yourself.
In this session I ask the subconscious mind to bring up the any past experiences that may have attributed to your negative relationship with self, lower motivation levels, or procrastination. This may bring up distressing memories. Should you need to discuss this session after please do contact me.
From this point on in the course we will start the deeper clearing work, some sessions will involve regression and curative hypnotherapy in which we look to find the root of the issue and work on releasing.

So, in this week's nutrition we are finally getting into the foody stuff. We start the week with looking at certain "health foods" and why they might not always be as beneficial as they are deemed to be, and why our bodies might not be able to handle them so well. And we go through what we should try to limit in our diet, if we really want to work on our metabolism and our long-term health.
Then we'll look at our macronutrients, go through what it means to follow a pro-metabolic diet and what sources I recommend for carbohydrates, fats and protein.

This week we focus on a detox flow targeting the liver and kidneys. We will be working into the side body, the obliques and developing core strength. This sequence will test your balance as we start to include standing pose transitions into the classes. We will be strengthening the legs and activating our muscles in order to maintain our balance.
In this weeks hypnotherapy session we look at controlling and reducing our alcohol consumption. You will find this session very useful if you are someone who has got into the habit of drinking after work or if you often find yourself drinking too much when socialising and doing things you regret. Alcohol can cause anxiety so if you find that you experience anxiety after a night drinking I would highly recommend this hypnosis.
In this session we are asking the subconscious mind to alert you just before you get to the point in which alcohol is starting to have a damaging effect on the body and impairing your judgement. Increasing the desire for clarity and visualising a night in which you maintain control over your alcohol consumption. We address the importance of feeling our emotions, allowing the emotional energy to rise and validating what we are feeling, instead of trying to avoid them or numb ourselves through the use of alcohol. Learning to validate and become witness to your emotions will lead to great healing. No longer will alcohol or food be used as a tool of escapism. We increase the desire to do activities that support your growth as a tool for relaxation and to distract yourself from alcohol cravings.
The government recommend drinking no more than 14 units a week, spread over at least 3 nights. I have included a drinks diary and an alcohol unit guideline factsheet this week if you would like to reflect on your alcohol consumption. If you are serious about reducing your alcohol intake I recommend filling the diary out weekly and doing the hypnotherapy every 2 weeks (more if you experience lots of cravings)

How are you? Can't believe it's week 5 already! The time is flying by!
This week we are diving into our digestions and our gut health. We will be going through the digestive system and look at certain things that might affect it. We will again investigate the importance of our metabolism and how it all is interlinked.
Then in our next lesson, we will be going talking about gluten and the very controversial topic of dairy. And I'll be giving you some tips and tricks that you can implement to pave the way for a happier and healthier tummy of yours.
This week you'll be receiving 3 different pdf's from me (you'll find them all under the "Tips and Tricks for a Happy Gut"-lesson). Don't fret! They are not all tasks to do. It's just a few supportive tips to might be helpful to have printed out on documents, instead on just on your phone etc.

In this week's session, we work on our balance. Balancing our emotional and mental wellbeing with postures and pranayama breath work which help to elevate stress and anxiety. We also challenge our physical balance with postures that require balancing on one leg and transitions which require stability and balance to execute. This is a strong, embodied flow as we start to observe the sense of balance we feel energetically within the body.

In this class we work on clearing the energy body and auric field. Releasing any trapped energy, ideas, beliefs and opinions of other people which may be negatively impacting the way we feel.
As this is a Vinyasa yoga class it is faster paced, we introduced sun salutations and move breath by breath in some parts of the flow. Physically we will be opening the hips and heart and there are options to try more challenging poses. Take the class at your own pace and remember to stay with the breath by resting when you need to.
In this weeks hypnotherapy we dive deep with regression therapy to uncover the root cause of any issues around food and self image. Taking you back to the very first time you ever experienced an issue with food or your body.
This weeks session is much deeper than previous weeks and therefore is a longer session. It is very important that you set time aside in which you will not be interrupted. Just as if you were going to a counselling session with a therapist that time would be prioritised and set aside. Therefore only complete the session if you are in the house alone and there is no chance of someone interrupting you half way through. You can complete this session more than once there is still some past trauma that need to be released.
After the regression we rebuild your self image and create a positive self image for you to cultivate from this day forth.

This week we are talking about stress! Stress, stress, stress! Something that is most likely a big part in most of our lives, yet many of us just plough on and don't do anything to change our situation. Most possibly, because we don't actually know how detrimental it can be to our health. Stress can really affect every system in the body, suppress our metabolism and push us into states of all types of chronic disease.
We will talk about stress management in this lesson and why it is so important to start looking at what stressors we can control, and which ones we cannot control, and why we really want to do something about it. In the next lesson, we speak about 2 foundational parts in reducing stress for the body - sleep and sunlight.
Under this lesson you will find a workbook that I can really recommend you to print off and take some time to fill in. To start dig a bit deeper and see how you can improve your own levels of stress in your life! Don't wait until the stress catches up with you - start finding ways now to bring more calmness into your life to make sure you don't come crashing down in the end!

In this weeks class we try Restorative Yoga. It is the perfect practice to do before you go to sleep, as we hold the postures for a longer period of time, using lots of props to fully support the body, allowing deeper breathing and eliciting the relaxation response. This response can help slow breathing, reduce blood pressure, producing a feeling of calmness and increasing well-being. Restorative yoga is an excellent practice to promote passive healing. So grab all your cushions, blankets and lets get cosy for our first Restorative Yoga class.
If you struggle falling asleep or staying asleep then this hypnotherapy will be perfect for you. This week we look at cultivating a sleep routine, establishing why it is important and implementing new habits to help create a restful nights sleep. Again we reinforce that fact that food is medicine and increase the desire to eat food which contain antioxidants and nutrients which aid sleep. As well as avoiding foods which disturb our sleep. Cultivating a sleep routine and introducing restorative yoga before bed to calm the nervous system and produce a deep restful nights sleep.

How are you doing?
So, this week we are looking at our micronutrients, our minerals and our vitamins. Even if we need to start with focusing on the foundations and our macronutrients, it is also crucial for our optimal health to consider if we are getting enough micros. And as we have already spoken about previously, and we will touch more on this this week, our stressful lifestyles makes us burn through these resources on a much higher rate than we will often replenish them.
Enjoy and try not to get too overwhelmed. It might feel like I'm throwing a lot at you but it is simply so that you can find those things that work for you. We are all different and something that works for me, might not work for you. Finding the path to a lifestyle that will benefit your health often means trying lots of different tools and tricks until we find those best suited for us.

This weeks yoga session is a fluid flow. Working with the sacral chakra and moving like water, finding fluidity in our spinal column. We will be connecting with the energy of the female goddesses, the shakti energy that resides in the pelvis. Opening the hips and tapping into the feminine sensuality that lies within.
In this hypnosis session we increase the connection to our feminine energy within. The center of embodied pleasure, love and receiving. We increase sexual desire and libido, seeing ourselves as sexually attractive, desirable women. Stepping into our sensual empowerment and removing any shame towards sexuality. Optimising the production of hormones that cause sexual desire and increasing the power of our orgasms by fully connecting with the body and the bodily sensations arising in the body.

We are discussing how we can save money when eating in a way that supports optimal health, and how to set ourselves up for success. We touch what we should think about when we eat out and how to maybe make smarter choices.

Whatever your level of experience, age or condition, within our fitness sessions there is a movement and training style accessible to you. All workouts can be performed at home with little to no equipment.
Sessions will range from Low Impact - Muscle Building classes to High Intensity - Fat Burning sessions.
