
This is an introduction to the course and how it is structured.
We experience our life energy through emotional filters. What chooses the emotional filters through which we experience our life energy is our belief system. Every emotion or feeling can be traced back to a specific belief or definition which was already there.
We suppress our life energy when we experience and resist uncomfortable emotional filters/feelings such as sadness, grief, hurt, and fear. This is the same energy behind joy and other positive emotions, it is just flowing through a different filter giving you that experience.
All energy/emotions want to be expereinced. Once they are experienced fully, they run out. Once stored energy is released we usually feel better, however this only takes care of the symptom and not the cause, which is the belief that created the negative experience in the first place.
In this lecture, we discuss where beliefs come from, why we have beliefs at all, and how they create our experience of reality.
This is an example of how 2 different people in the same exact circumstances can have a totally different experience because of their relative beliefs about the situation and how this can manifest from different perspectives.
In this lecture, we discuss how negative beliefs are fear based beliefs. We are motivated to choose them when they serve us in some way we define to be in our best interest consciously or unconsciously.
This is a process of self discovery. In this lecture, I give you the tools you will need or can use for your process of self-discovery.
Your consciousness has its own organizing principle. You don't need to search for monsters, you take what is occurring and how you are feeling in the present and explore it.
This is an overview of the 4 part process of how you discover and change your beliefs.
Here are tools you can use to find answers within yourself as well as the first part of the process which is to clearly identify how you are feeling as all emotions lead to beliefs and the more specifically you can be with how you feel, the more specifically you can identify the belief behind it.
Since beliefs manifest over and over from different perspectives, see if you can identify how you are feeling now with a past time that felt similar. This can help provide more context.
In this lecture, I give you the specific key questions to ask yourself in order to find out and name the specific belief you are currently dealing with.
In the 4th part of the process, I give you the key to actually changing the belief and thus your experience of reality.
Here is a real life example of a situation where the entire process of discovering the core belief is applied.

Hi, my name is Adam. I created this course as I was in my own process of identifying and transforming my negative beliefs.
In this course, you will learn the process of how to identify and change your beliefs to ones that you prefer no matter how "deep" they may seem or how long you have had them...as well as:
What belief systems are, their purpose and why we have them
What kinds of beliefs we have (positive & negative)
How emotions are connected to and stem from our beliefs
How our beliefs and definitions determine how we experience ourselves and our circumstances
How beliefs perpetuate themselves, making them often a challenge to change
How to identify old definitions and replace them with new ones
It is my passion to share this topic with you. I am a very specific and technical person with this topic, no fluff, but you do need to be open-minded. I use personal examples of what has worked for myself. The material in this course comes from years of my own experience of self-exploration in transforming my own beliefs that I picked up from my past and I hope it serves you well.
