We will see the difference in recipes, all the steps and processes behind these delicious treats.
I won't use any fancy ingredients or impossible tool!
I will share with you two of my personal recipes, for French Croissants and for Italian Croissants.
In addition I also upload the full video process of making the super fancy double color croissant!
