Description

This course is not religious and does not tell you what you should believe or value.

Instead, it helps you explore your own personal values — the things that matter most to you — and shows you how to use them as a practical guide for decisions, motivation, and direction in everyday life.

Many people feel confused, stuck, or unmotivated not because they lack ability, but because they are living according to values they never consciously chose. This course helps you become aware of what truly matters to you, so your choices feel more aligned and meaningful.

Why understanding your values matters

Your values influence:

the decisions you make

what motivates or drains you

how satisfied you feel with your life and work

how you respond to challenges and change

When you are clear about your values, you:

make decisions with more confidence

feel more authentic and grounded

experience less inner conflict

create a stronger sense of direction

This course focuses on self-awareness, not morality.

In this course, we guide you to:

Understand what personal values are and why they matter

Identify your own core values (not those of your family, culture, or society)

Explore how your values influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour

Use your values to make clearer decisions when you feel uncertain

Identify work-related values and understand their impact on motivation and performance

Apply your values practically in everyday life and work situations

You will work with real-life examples and case studies to help you apply these insights in a practical way.

This course offers a practical foundation for self-awareness, direction, and personal growth.

A skill for life.

Knowing your values does not limit you — it gives you freedom. Freedom to choose, adjust, and grow in ways that feel true to you.
