Description

This is online learning that provides opportunities for women to get intimate with their hormonal and circadian cycles.  It is perfect for those who have just started menstruating right through to those who are premenopausal and everywhere in-between, and learning how to work with and for, rather than against our individuality.

This is an eight-module course, designed to be completed over eight to twelve weeks.  I recommend that you go through the entire eight modules as your time permits, allowing the information to embed.  Then begin the program at the beginning of your bleed or menstruation or the applicable time mentioned in the course if you are in peri-menopause or beyond.  It is designed for all females with a menstrual cycle, regardless of age, female athletes, weekend warriors, and everyone who never wants to have to do another diet again. 

We address the various stages of our female infradian and circadian cycles in concert with the optimal food and movement choices for those portioned stages.  We delve into protein requirements for females whilst they negotiate different times in their cycle, lifestyle, exercise and goals.  Looking into the protein contents of food, both plant, and animal-based. 

The idea of carbohydrate cycling is addressed, with guides on the best types of carbohydrates to choose from, given your goals and responses.
