This is just a small snippet of what I've done over the years. Its important to share with you because i've started from the bottom, with practice and awesome guidance i've been able to achieve some awesome things in my lifetime.
These movement can and should be practiced on a regular basis. This is what helps you move and feel music.
Although simple, it can be challenging to do because it works on groove and coordination. Try this in different directions.
Maintain a steady Groove. its the most important when doing the bad one. The hands are the easiest to do, the groove isn't
This party dance is little challenging, try it very slowly. understand that its purpose is fun! don't over think it nd try combining the bad one & the tone one when you have it down perfect :-)
Make sure to pivot while moving, you can get fancy with it once you have the feet and directional movement first.
The Twisto flex and Shamrock go hand in hand. Later on in the course you'll be able to combine the two in class. So practice before you get to the routine.
Hip Hop is defiantly creative. Using a horror movie as inspiration, The movement is fun to do and won't cause any nightmares lol
Put all your skills together! Groove and all your fundamentals! you can do it!
The continuation to the first course with a little added dance class to bring all of your skills together nicely. These movements are foundational and have lasted the test of time. We use them still today in commercial dance industry. So to be ahead of the game tiktok or IG Reels practice these movements to stand out of the crowd.

La Jon Dantzler has been an emerging presence in the dance industry, earning starring roles in Feature Films such as Stomp the Yard, Step Up 2 The Streets and Step Up 3D as the character “Smiles”, as well as Friends with Benefits starring Justin Timberlake. He has also danced for Missy Elliott, Miley Cyrus, Keith Urban, and Nina Sky to name a few.
Stepping out on his own as a Choreographer, he has contributed to projects in various media, including commercials (Coca Cola, McDonald's, Verizon, MTV), television programs (X-Factor USA, SYTYCD Canada), tours (Madonna, Britney Spears), and music videos (Anjulie, Sariah,Tashi,Cassie).
La Jon was also featured in Dance Teacher Magazine for choreographing the launch of Cheryl Burke's exciting new clothing line with Macy's: Ideology.
As a Creative/Artistic Director, La Jon's credits include the Urban Reach Dance Convention Show ("Identity") and the sold out show "Welcome to The Dollhouse: The Urban Burlesque Experience.
