Led by psychotherapist Dr Sheri Jacobson, founder of Harley Therapy, this 14-day course takes you through the fundamentals of how to lay the groundwork to fall in love - and stay in love.

Your instructor Dr Sheri Jacobson has run the largest and renowned Harley Therapy psychotherapy group and platform for over fifteen years, helping thousands of people in love, life and work. Over time, the same questions have come up from people from all over the world; Why can’t I fall in love? Why do my relationships keep going the same way? How can I save my relationship? This course was created to help you answer these questions about yourself with simple, short videos covering the psychology behind the ways we relate to each other and the skills you can learn to improve communication and understanding in all of your relationships.

How does it work?

Each day you will watch one short video (less than five minutes) and complete one short exercise (an action, a reflection or a short journal exercise) as you build towards knowing yourself better in only two weeks.

Over just 14 days, you’ll learn the skills you need to grow and improve good relationships over a lifetime.
