    Instructions:


    Please lie on your back in a comfortable position on your bed, yoga mat or wherever you'd like or other surface and breathe along with me. If you start feeling too tingly or light-headed, just slow down and go at your own pace and pick it up again as you are comfortable. If you want to experience something more intense, lay on a bolster in a chest expanded position or put some pillow underneath your upper back to allow your chest to expand as you breathe.
