Description
I invite you to join me on a 7-Day Yoga Journey, where we get to know our body and mind better, where we focus on the breath and explore and understand our mental and physical boundaries.
The lectures are between 15-20 min long and will therefore fit easily into your day. It is suitable for all levels, whether this is your first time practicing yoga or you're already an experienced yogi*ni. There are always new things to discover and learn.
Every day, we focus on something different. There are classes for different types of energies, body parts, and mindsets. That way, you can repeat the lectures as you see fit and create your own, individual yoga routine at the end - I will give you feedback if you want it!
Guided by a yoga teacher with over 650h of training, you are in good hands. This is not a fitness routine, but a mindful movement and mindset practice. I welcome all bodies and genders and there is no compulsion to do anything you do not want to do. Because this is your time and your practice - and inviting it into your life is the first step to personal growth.

Instructor
I'm a passionate yogi, feminist, environmentalist, animal lover and vegan. For me, yoga is much more than just a physical practice. This is why in my classes, physical, mental and spiritual aspects play an equally important role. In my everyday life, the yogic principle of "Ahimsa", of non-violent and peaceful behaviour amongst others and yourself, resonated the most, which is why I dedicated my practice towards that.
I know first-hand how it is to come across yoga without being physically, spiritually or mentally experienced. I know that there are a lot of advanced poses on social media and that it can be intimidating to join a yoga class when you feel like you don't fit in because of your physical abilities, shape, gender or skin colour. In my classes, I offer an inclusive practice that is open to all beings out there. and that will leave you feeling relaxed, peaceful and great about yourself.
I am a 500h+ trained Hatha Yoga teacher with a great love for yin and restorative yoga, which is why I am currently partaking in a yin yoga training.
