We start our journey with a short and sweet practice that you can start your day with. The movement is designed in a way that you can do this first thing in the morning. But feel free to do this any time of the day or maybe you do want to implement this as your morning routine after all!

On our second day, we focus on all movements the spine can do: we twist, fold forward, bend backward, and to the side. This yummy flow will loosen up your spine and release potential tension so that you can move freely again.

For day 3, we are creating some heat! With a practice that might work our abdominals a little bit, we feed our internal flame. Now let's get that heart rate up while maintaining a mindful and kind attitude towards ourselves.

It's halftime! On day 4, after a fiery practice yesterday, we give our body a little bit of rest as we focus on the lower back. We stay low to the ground as we stretch and lengthen the spine. This practice is great for a low-energy day and for when you have period pain, too.

We continue our journey with some juicy and wholesome stretches for day 5. Moving our body in all directions as we target the whole body. This practice is great if you're feeling a bit sore or stiff. Let's get this body moving!

Day 6 is all about the balance! Not only will we practice some standing poses where we might have to stand on one leg, but we will also learn to have a balanced approach towards ourselves, that is kind and forgiving. Because balance is so much more than just something physical!

It's the last and seventh day! To celebrate the end of our journey together, we discover other parts of yoga that aren't physical. Before that, however, we open our hips a little bit. Then we practice some breath work (anuloma viloma) and meditation. Let's keep an open mind and see where this journey leads us towards.

I invite you to join me on a 7-Day Yoga Journey, where we get to know our body and mind better, where we focus on the breath and explore and understand our mental and physical boundaries.
The lectures are between 15-20 min long and will therefore fit easily into your day. It is suitable for all levels, whether this is your first time practicing yoga or you're already an experienced yogi*ni. There are always new things to discover and learn.
Every day, we focus on something different. There are classes for different types of energies, body parts, and mindsets. That way, you can repeat the lectures as you see fit and create your own, individual yoga routine at the end - I will give you feedback if you want it!
Guided by a yoga teacher with over 650h of training, you are in good hands. This is not a fitness routine, but a mindful movement and mindset practice. I welcome all bodies and genders and there is no compulsion to do anything you do not want to do. Because this is your time and your practice - and inviting it into your life is the first step to personal growth.
I am so excited to be on this journey with you - let's see where it takes us!
