    In the introduction I mentioned - empower yourself, build your confidence and your health - this is exactly my own experience and what I hear from others. Golden Wings Chi Gong is much more than just physical exercises, it uplifts you, building your health and wellbeing in every way whilst silencing your mind.

    Golden Wings Chi Gong is a specific way to enhance, build your sense of energy. You will introduce healing into specific organs, building your immune – and hormonal system strengthening your inner healing physical, emotional and spiritual, through gentle movements and breathing, all shown in the following videos and specific for Golden Wings.


    To still your mind, is your greatest healer.


    Personally, and through my many years of teaching, I have been shown the deep effect of Golden Wings Chi Gong in so many ways. It is an honor for me to teach and work with energy where Golden Wings Chi Gong is a most gentle and healing way of doing it.

    Energy moves through certain channels, which many of you know as meridians. We have numerous of these channels, some relating to organs others relating to total flow of energy in your body.

These names help’s you to soften and free your body from stress, while imagining nature, the names help you visualize and develop the inner feeling of energy that becomes alive during your practice. All this is implemented through breathing and the gentle movements, where the gentle repetition along with the flow in the energy channels through out your body, makes your mind relax.

    Feel your decision deeply, then set a specific time for you to follow the video.

    Decide how often you can give yourself time for self-healing, once a week, every other day?

    Whatever you decide, be consistent. With consistency you stop blaming yourself or find excuses for not to set time off for you.

    Golden Wings Kum Nye

    Kum Nye is very slow movements. Kum Nye relaxation is a different way of giving you a gentle healing. The exercises as with Chi Gong, relieves stress, transforms negative patterns of thinking and acting helping you to be more balanced and healthier.

    Golden Wings Kum Nye movements, however slow they may be or even completely still, has an immense healing power. It is important you rest after every exercise for at least 5 minutes if you do them outside the full program, to get the full benefit.

    One of the benefits you will feel is the stillness of your mind. I mention this, because we do not advise you doing these exercises closer than an hour before you wish to go to sleep. The stillness of your mind makes you too alert to be able to sleep. Overall Golden Wings Kum Nye has a deep effect within your energy system physical and on a deep emotional and energy level.

    Your journey of healing

    Healing is an exchange of energy, with the effect of letting go - to empty yourself and be filled up with an abundance from the Source, the source being the moment you let go and there is no resistance and energy flows creating a deep feeling within.

    Sometimes this feels difficult to achieve, other times it just happens. When it happens, you recognize it as a feeling of total stillness, maybe a buzzing sensation in your limbs, happiness and joy; a total uplifted feeling of being immersed in the moment which you know as mindfulness and expansion filled with Love.

    Awareness and self-reflection are your key.

    Your daily Golden Wings Chi Gong practice is a perfect place to begin with.

    To get the most out of this program, I lovingly suggest you keep a daily journal.

    Self- reflection is a very powerful tool. You will be surprised by how quickly you feel changes take place within when you do it with awareness. If no reflection, every day seem to roll into next day and we forget - you as well.

Welcome to my extensive Golden Wings Qi Gong – Optimize your Health & Reduce Stress Course. This course is fully accredited by CTAA – Complementary Therapists Accredited Association.

This Golden Wings Qi Gong course is aimed at those who are either beginners or advanced practitioners at Chi Gong as there are still many things for everyone to enjoy in the course.

The course includes over 4 hours of video content as well as an in depth training manual. So however you like to learn, we have your learning style covered!

The Chi Gong videos offer flexible learning that fit in with your lifestyle, so you can use these exercises every day if you wish or as frequently as what suits you. The whole aim of the course is to take you to be in a place of wellness through self-healing, releasing emotions and stress.

Leave stress behind as you work through the exercises in the course as a beneficial place inside of yourself where you feel vibrant physically, emotionally and spiritually.

We cover theory including how and why energy works through specific exercises on the organs and meridians of the body and how that energy and movement affects you through the importance of the breath.

Self-assessments and reflections are given throughout the course as you move deeper stage by stage through your own personal progress of self-healing. Meditations combined with Mindfulness and Chi Gong create a still mind that will restore your energy.
