Do I need experience in the restaurant sector before taking this course?
The course has been developed to be clear and simple to understand, so although previous hospitality or business experience would be an advantage, it is by no means essential. What is required is passion for the restaurant sector!
Will the course be valuable if I already work in the restaurant sector or have opened a restaurant in the past?
The content for this course has been accumulated from a considerable amount of academic research into the restaurant sector, from 25 years working in some of the best restaurants in the World, from hands-on restaurant business experience from Peter's own businesses, and from the hundreds of consultations that he has delivered to date. In short, yes, there are many insights and resources that will be invaluable in terms saving time and money, and avoiding mistakes with fundraising for the launch of a new restaurant.
Do I need to already have an idea for my restaurant?
You do not need to have an idea yet as the content of this course will support you with fund-raising for any type of concept.
Should I wait until I'm sure that I am going to open the restaurant?
You certainly need to have a great deal of passion, determination and commitment to succeed in the restaurant sector.
