Description

An athlete is more than numbers, records and trophies. There is a human being behind that performance machine. What are the most common challenges one faces and how to deal with them effectively.
I address 5 major categories in which an athlete is being tested throughout their journey. Simple but effective, practical and clear, this course shows how overcoming the most common struggles is achievable only after one understands what is it he/she is facing.

Mental balance is the key to a high performance and also to a smooth transition to a life after the playing career.
This course covers all areas that an athlete, or a coach need to know. Also very valuable for people that are supporting an athlete.

From my lifelong experience and studies in the field of Sports Science, I give you a short handbook of the most important variables where something might go wrong, so you can see the signs before it is too late. I find there is something valuable in sharing the solutions to challenges I have faced, so that others who might come to deal with something similar, can benefit and maybe avoid some pain.
Treat this course as a mental first aid kit!
Knowing is power!
